Drunken mistake
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Vodafone Boston store,
Unfortunately a drunken me locked my phone with the pattern security and I couldn't remember what it was.
Was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome by Lana .
I explained the problem and then advised the phone would have to be sent off ( 10 days) wait.
That was my only option, however my contract was looked at , and the good news was I was able to upgrade to the galaxy S24
Lana had explained everything and went through the contract and making sure that I was understanding the upgrade and readjusting my plan/ contract, as there was a promotion running.
After an hour I finally had a phone with my sim card, I just download all my apps.
Thank you to Lana for all her help and advice, and also the other staff as well.
** note to myself leave my phone alone or switch off ** ( after a few drinks ) :)

I’ve been a loyal Vodafone customer for many years - using only the Boston Store for my mobile phone needs, as I have found over the years that Donna has been a tremendous help. Time after time over the years she has been kind and knowledgeable, and has made the mundane task of upgrading phones a pleasurable and humorous experience. As she now has a team working for her, it’s clear her training and guidance has reflected onto her staff, as that same high level of service and attentiveness to the customer shines through. Pleased with the Visit
I was very pleased with my visit at the Boston Vodafone store. The staff that dealt with my upgrade and data transfer were very kind and patient and reassured me about swapping my data to my new phone which put my mind at ease. They were also really helpful afterwards when it came to setting up my new phone. Big thank you to Ryan and Erik!
