I have been waiting for Vodafone to activate my broadband
I have been waiting for Vodafone to sort my broadband issue out and all I get is nowhere I have been waiting to be connected for 7 weeks now and all I get is we are escalating it and we will call you back next week. Shocking service I would not recommend Vodafone to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service
Went into the shop after having my phone stolen and spoke to the store manager, Jay. I was told by him that in order to block my SIM and order a new one, this all had to be done by phoning customer services. I pointed out that I didn't have access to a phone and when I asked if I could use one in the shop, he just said no. I have since discovered that he could have blocked my stolen SIM and issued me with a new one there and then, but evidently he had no interest in helping me in what was an incredibly stressful situation, worrying that a criminal was potentially accessing my phone. The best he offered me was to write down the number for customer services on a piece of paper.
Not sure if this was one individual or the general attitude of the shop, but I have a hard time understanding what the point of the shop is if not to help customers in the circumstances I was in.
The only other experience I've had with this shop was a couple of years ago when I was looking to upgrade and they just said, you'll get better deals online.
Literally don't know what the point of the shop is.
