Excelente customer care
The staff in the Lewisham store provided an understanding, good humoured, empathetic customer experience.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by store manager, Boryana. On realising an error had been made by another department outside if the store's control she went above and beyond in supporting me, liaising with the specialist care team in order to meet the expectations that had been set ahead of my visit.
Given the issue took over five hours to resolve, I'm very grateful to have been met with such high levels if customer service despite the issues I faced from Vodafone being nothing to do with anyone who worked in the Lewisham store.

Good service in Lewisham from Ketsia
I went in to the branch in Lewisham and talked with Ketsia about getting a data sim to run my home internet. She really took trouble to work out the best deal for me, and then overcome various issues that cropped up. In the end I left with the SIM and an updated phone plan, both of which saved me money. She was friendly, polite and professional throughout and never rushed me to a decision. Very happy with the experience.
