Since early September, I have been caught in what can only be described as a Kafkaesque ordeal with Vodafone. This company appears more adept at deflection and delay than at delivering on even the most basic customer obligations.

My issue began on 4th September at the Lewisham branch and has since spiralled into a relentless cycle of misinformation, missed calls, and broken promises. Despite repeated assurances, including a recent one from a so-called "Specialist Care" agent, I have yet to receive the refund Vodafone has explicitly acknowledged is owed to me.

Every attempt to resolve this has been met with evasiveness. I was told I would be consulted on a resolution. Instead, I was informed it would be emailed without discussion. When I returned a missed call within the hour, I wasn't connected to the agent handling my case but was redirected to another staff member who contradicted the previous information entirely.

This is not a communication breakdown; this is systemic mismanagement, bordering on deliberate obstruction. The catalogue of inconsistencies suggests either stunning incompetence or a deliberate strategy to frustrate customers until they give up. I'm not doing that.

If Vodafone fails to resolve this immediately, I will escalate to Ofcom and pursue action in small claims court. Customers deserve transparency and accountability, not corporate spin and stonewalling.
Avoid Vodafone if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Zak went all the way to try to sort out the issue with my Internet mobile. Since Tuesday with the issue with Vodafone network I haven't been able to use my phone. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and we couldn't get it solve. They ordered a new sim which is supposed to come in few day. But today I received remarkable customer service from Zak who made sure I leave the store happy.

OMG !!! What a disgusting experience I had today at Vodafone Lewisham Shopping Centre. A young black ( unfortunately, I do not know his name) he looks like Somalian. He was literally making fun of me, while I explained my issues with Vodafone to him. On the top of everything all the questions I asked him, he answered me “you have to call customer service. Honestly, I have never had this type of customer service since I living in London more than 6 years. It is unacceptable behaviour, very unprofessional. This shop has to be closed. I asked this guy who joked with me, why he work at this place if he can even cannot give good advice to customers, he told me “I am here to give contracts to the people”. Which is mean he just wants to sell contract to the people and then he doesn’t care what is going on. Despite I signed my contract with Vodafone at this shop. Hundreds prevent I will contact Vodafone customer service and I will cancel this agreement with Vodafone. Every year this company becomes worse and worse. The smart people stopped use this company. I do not know how still exists. AVOID

I came into the shop canceled Secure Net and two P.A.C codes as i was ready to leave Vodafone for another network. But Cristina Gracia listened to my frustrations and concerns. She helped me solve Secure Net problems in person on my mobile And helped to return my monthly payments to the same amount before the automatic increase a few days ago. Cristina saw me as another 'human being ' as she called it. Not Just a customer.
Vodafone are lucky to have such considerate staff . Thank you Cristina.

Came to the Lewisham Vodafone branch. Was served by Dennis. Fantastic service from the beginning right to the end. He dealt with all my concerns, saved me money, and was very patient throughout the whole process. I cannot fault the service I received.

I would however, say that your systems are very slow and perhaps you can review how your systems can be speed up as you could loose potential customers waiting for assistance.

Aaron was incredibly helpful resolved a longstanding issues I couldn’t resolve online to do with call barring. He was then able to find me the best deal for my needs.

Boryana was very kind and understanding. She helped us out so much and was very determined to fix our problem.

Hey there I been customer for very long time and I’m havin issues with my SIM card all the time I been in all stores they just giving me sim swap and never explain there reason why today I have deal with cristina gracia she’s ease very polite and very help full and she’s explained to me a lot of thing I will give here 5start I’m pleased I deal with here
