Disappointing Service from Vodafone UK - Loyal Customer Facing Mobile Internet Issues
I'm writing this review as a loyal Vodafone UK customer of nearly 10 years, and I'm increasingly concerned that the company is growing bigger while serving less to its paying customers.
For at least a few months, I've been experiencing significant issues with my mobile internet service at my home in the W1H area of London. This problem has unfortunately worsened considerably over the last two to three weeks.
I've contacted Vodafone customer service multiple times in an attempt to resolve this. My first call was with an agent named Jasmine. She was very confident that resetting my network settings would fix the problem. While it seemed like there might be a slight improvement initially, the issue quickly returned, and we ultimately achieved nothing after a 30-minute call.
The next day, I called again. This time, a young gentleman spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with me. His explanation was slightly more plausible: he mentioned that there were some "network improvement works" ongoing in the area and that they would inform me when these were completed.
As a customer who has been with Vodafone (and previously on the 3 network) for a decade, I sincerely hope that Vodafone isn't becoming complacent in its service due to its current market position. It's disheartening to experience such persistent issues, especially after such a long tenure as a customer. I urge Vodafone to address these network problems promptly and to remember the value of its long-standing customers.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst Customer Service ever,rang Twice in Spain they hung up on me,Thursday after an Hour same,they hung up on me and Today almost 2 Hours of getting nowhere, they hung up again.
A Manager said they'd change my number,the Customer Service said no.
Also paid £12 for 25gb,only used 2gb then told I'd used all my data.
This Company is disgusting the way they treat paying customers.
Just to add,I was promised a call today at 9am,and nothing. They have no respect for any custo.ers.

The network is very week in many areas in london even in the downtown.. it’s often turns from 5G to 4G with low speed .. to the extent i use my partner’s hotspot frequently who is on another network which is actually fare cheaper than vodafone
