From my initial phone call enquiry about a used car to John A at Vospers Exeter my experience was professional and stress free.
John initially provided me with a video of the car I was interested in purchasing as I was travelling from Bristol and didn’t want to waste my time if the car wasn’t suitable for me.
Throughout my whole experience John was extremely professional, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
I did buy the car and John has also provided great after sales customer service as-well.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vospers to my friends and family when purchasing a car.

Mike Jones is just the person you need when buying a car. Mike was polite, extremely patient and not pushy at all. Mike explained everything in detail and was very knowledgable.
After reserving a car online Mike sent a video and kept in contact throughout the process. Both viewing the car and the handover experience were made simple and straightforward. Throughout the process I was made to feel welcome. A few minor issues after purchase were resolved by Mike swiftly. The overall experience was positive and I would definitely return.

Mike Jones helped me with a beautiful used car I purchased this week. He was very clear, helpful and friendly. The car was well prepped for my first test drive and he made route recommendations so I could do a thorough test. He kindly took note of any final preparations to the car. He also ordered a part for the boot (a part of trim was missing) which I didn't notice.
He kindly rescheduled his lunch so I could collect the car early, and he wiped the dusty rain off, so the car looked fantastic when I arrived. When the purchase was done, he let me know to get in touch anytime for a follow up if I needed anything.

Just picked up my Fiat Grande Panda from Jenny Cutlack at Vospers in Exeter - I love my new car and Jenny was amazing from when we met her for the first time at the Grande Panda lunch through to pick up. So sorry Vospers are no longer going to be Fiat dealers from 1/4/26

Sales person was great but the car preparation was a disgrace. Diamond Bright Gold treatment applied over a dirty car, interior fabric protection against spills, non existent in general a disgraceful presentation of a vehicle to a customer.

Try Try And Try again so gave, Monday 16/03/26 Called Vospers Fiat to book EV car in for a full service and nobody answered so after about 5 minutes re rand and yet again no answer so tried in the afternoon and got through to the switchboard eventually who said they would put me through, nobody answered when they tried so was advised someone would call me back (Guess what no call back on Monday ( I Called them back at around 5.30 and eventually got the switchboard who said everyone goes home at 5.30pm), Tried again Tuesday and pretty much same thing and again on Wednesday, Today is now Thursday and after trying in the morning and nobody answering the phone I tried for the last time this afternoon and guess whet after about 10 minutes I got the switchboard who said they would put me through, Sure enough I bounced of 2 lines and the lady on the switchboard said " she would take my number and get someone to call me back" OMG people do you not realise how much money you are giving away to your competitors due to your lack of service and ruining your reputation, I was trying to do something so simple as booking a service and you couldn't help me with that (And before you say I can book online I know I can but your prices are NOT transparent and you have to speak to someone for a price so why would I book without evening knowing a rough price)
Very poor service from Vospers Fiat Plymouth and I will go somewhere else
