Joshua James - truly the nicest most helpful salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t just buy a car. I contacted Vospers- Mazda Exeter in January after seeing an M2 added to the website. I spoke to Josh and he couldn’t have been more helpful! He removed the car from the website immediately and as the car he just come in and there were no pictures Josh made a comprehensive video of the car and sent it to me the next day. Having him guide me made the experience of buying my first car smooth and stress free. He facilitated a meeting and test drive that suited my timeline and put me at ease from the moment we met. Josh then personally delivered the car to my local Vospers for me to collect and guided me through all of the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Vospers, and especially Josh, to anyone wanting a friendly and professional service.

We were delighted that Joshua identified the perfect MX5 to enable my wife to have a replacement MX5 after her own dream car was written off through no fault of her own.

Spent over ten days attempting to contact FIAT servicing dept by telephone at least three times a day, after my car completely died due an update error, draining the battery leaving me no alternative in calling The RAC .............. etc, etc......
AFTER WAITING FIVE AND A HALF HOURS IN VOSPERS I'VE BEEN INFORMED THEY ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT IT TODAY , NEED TO REBOOK, I MAY NEED TO GO TO EXETER AS VOSPERS IS NO LONGER A FIAT DEALER......... ARGHHHH

I bought a 5 year old Ford Transit custom van from Vospers for £21000, it was 5 years old and had done 60000 miles, There was an issue with a pipe in the turbo when I bought it and it had to go back for repairs. I had the vehicle for 14 months and had done 10000 miles when the turbo disintegrated and blew up the engine. Vospers and Ford said this was expected with a vehicle of that age and mileage which I find incredible. I am now left with a £12.500 repair bill or a van I cannot afford to replace.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Vospers Exeter purchasing a new automatic Ford Tourneo Courier.
Exeter coordinated with Barnstaple well to allow for the home delivery to be as smooth as possible, making the whole process easier and trouble free. Especially to Marshall who went above and beyond by taking time out of his own day to personally show me how to operate the new vehicle.
I truly appreciate the extra effort provided and the overall excellent customer service provided by Exeter and Barnstaple!

Over the years my experience with Vospers’s have been brilliant until recently last year I financed a 2008 1.6 diesel unknown to me till i started to drive it it had problems.
Air con didn’t work both front shock absorbers also needed top mount bearings and cups both lower suspension arms were worn N/S/F anti roll bar link worn also and wheel alignment which totalled £2,256.38.
The staff took it to warranty who refused point blank to pay up until I took things further with the finance company.
A week later after the car was fixed one of the top mount bearing had failed and now the car was pouring exhaust gasses into the cabin every time i tried to demist the windscreen which felt like opening the door to a gas chamber. I then took to my finance company again to complain where they said due to the failed new part I would have grounds to reject the car and was told not to drive it as they deemed it as dangerous to drive.
After countless emails from the finance company to get the car rejected 2 and a half months later the car was not rejected through an IVIS inspection was conducted that completely missed the failed suspension part but then went into detail about how bad the condition of the exhaust was and the report said that the car was of satisfactory quality at the point of sale but as I’ve described above the car clearly was not.
The car is currently sat waiting for parts again due to the warranty point blank refusing to pay out.
This car and the service I’ve received has cost me financially due to not being able to work shifts for the best part of 3 Months I’m beyond infuriated at this point and absolutely disgusted
