Throughout the whole process from arranging the booking up to when I was due to collect on the day has been an absolutely flawless experience I was kept informed and communicated professionally, Upon collection the vehicle was valeted to a good standard and the overall experience I found to be a exceptionally fast and efficient service. I highly recommend VWFS Rent-a-Car Birmingham and to be more specific the outstanding service which was received from Raheel!!

A friendly and seamless rental experience. The car was in great shape and served us well over the weekend we had it. The documentation and formalities involved were minimal and delt with without any undue delay. The only shortfall was that the interior was not entirely cleaned before being handed over. Nothing that 15 mins with a vaccum cleaner didn't fix but still a small detail that marred an otherwise excellent experience.

I have had an excellent experience from the 1st time I engaged with Raheel and his colleague they have been nothing but helpful and attentive. A breath of fresh air. It has made me change my plans completely with regards to a choice of car provider and they have found a regular customer with me after having had a nightmare with other providers they have changed my opinion on rental services, cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service all the way through. The manager, Raheel, was brilliant in responding to a last-minute request for a car lease. The entire process was professional, efficiently carried out and all staff were very friendly.

The online renting procedure was fast, easy and transparent. Once we showed up at the rent-a-car office, Raheel took care of all the documents. There were no surprises - what was written on the site was everything we needed. The procedure on site took about 15 minutes. Raheel brought the car, answered all our questions and off we went. The car was new and in excellent condition. We only had a minor problem with one of the tyres. We called the emergency number Raheel indicated when he gave us the car and they sent us to a repair shop the next day, very near to where we were. The problem was sorted out in 2 hours. The drop off procedure took even less time. We would definitely rent again from VWFS. Special thanks to Raheel for his patience and professionalism. The only downside was that the company does not allow you to pick up the car in one city and drop it off in another city. For someone who likes to travel, going back hundreds of miles to drop off the car is rather inconvenient.

I was looking to rent a car for a period of 38 days.
I was looking for a family car to comfortably seat 4 passengers and accommodate 4 medium size suitcases.
I came across various car rental companies and by bar volkswagon had the most competitive rate. (Peak of summer time).
I needed some more information so I called up Johnsons VW and got in touch with Raheel who helped me answer all my queries and helped me book the car on phone within 15mins of time. Based on my needs he suggested me to go for the passat or Tiguan.
And I made a decision to go with the passat.
On the day of collection Raheel greeted me and attended me very professionally. I was done with all formalities within 20mins and was out of the dealership within 40mins time.
Over the period of 38 days my family and I got very attached to the car and wanted to keep it forever.
On the day of returning the car, Raheel helped me with the collection procedure.
Overall it was a great experience not just with the car but even the dealership.
I would highly recommend vw rental services. And really appreciate Raheels hospitality and professionalism.

I had a VW golf and then Passat and he made sure the process was smooth and the return was quick. Very polite and professional he is and I'd definitely use again if I need to in the future.

So this was our first time renting from VW and I must say the service provided by Raheel was excellent. He was not only professional but his detailed knowledge, understanding and patience was refreshing to see. The car was immaculate and the AC was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat. My dad takes the grandchildren away for a week every year. This year there 6 of them so he needed a people carrier.
Having looked on the internet he popped in to VW to see if he could speak to someone about his requirements, he spoke to Zayn, who helped him by showing him the cars and explaining what he’d need according to his requirements. A deal was struck.
Four months later I went with him to collect the car, Raheel met us and was very calm and patient. He couldn’t do enough to ensure that Dad was ready to have a brilliant week either children in a comfy, reliable and well equipped Sharan.
The service at dealership was nothing short of exceptional throughout! Great manners and a brilliant customer facing attitude from both gentlemen made the process a cinch.

This was first time from VWFS rental. We hired 7 seater, automatic. RAHEEL was amazing from booking till return. Car was in excellent condition.

Booking: As this was my first time rental of any car in UK, Raheel offered me detailed professional explanation. He was very patient explaining my queries all time. Advice was offered in simple important things like boot space, mechanics of door locking etc & this was really helpful when planning a trip.

Collection: It was hassle free. As Raheel did all checks beforehand so was just a 10min job to collect car & move on.

Car: clean. I drive automatic first time. Raheel explaining features of vehicle to me, showed me safety things like child lock, emergency numbers to contact etc.

Return: Professional & courteous approach. We were stuck in long delays on M1 but Raheel offered to wait until end of day & that relieved us a lot
