Great service, simple process booking and liaising with the company. Very pleasant experience compared to most car hire experiences.

The service provided by the Kyle street branch receptionist, and in particular Hamza Nasir and his lovely colleague that sits beside him (did not manage to get her name) was superb. I was made to feel welcome, and was dealt with promptly when picking up and dropping off the vehicle.

Easy experience from booking online to accepting car and dropping off. Excellent customer service, paperwork and all checks completed quickly and efficiently in a very friendly manner.

Picking up the car and returning it was very easy. Car met our requirements. Just make sure that you have a C to C phone cable so you can have GPS operating.

This is my third time renting a car here, and the services have been wonderful. The car was also excellent. Zoe was also very helpful when we requested to extend the rental by an extra day.

Better quality and age cars than other more recognisable rental companies. Price for my rental for 6 days was on par with others weekend rental rates I.e. friday to monday. Service from John was excellent. No quibbles when I found pre-existing damage that wasn't seen when I collected. Got home and rang and then noted it on their records. No aggressive returns policy on light scratches etc. Company expects cars to be used fairly and reasonably. Would have been 5 stars but no key drop after hours available.

This was my first time I have hire a car from VWFS.
John who looked after me from start to finish was excellent.
I cannot highly enough recommend VWFS to anyone.

Great selection of cars - and you always get the car you book! Staff are friendly and efficient. And more often than not, cheapest location in the city to rent. Special shout out to John who goes above and beyond to resolve any issues and takes care of you from start to finish

I had accidentally booked a manual when I needed an automatic.. The staff went above and beyond to fix the situation and even apologised to me even though it was my mistake..
