Another great hire with VW. Lovely new van. Amazing customer service. Straight forward with no hidden costs!

By far the easiest rental experience I think I have ever had. We hired a VM Multivan from VW Leicester. Jay was excellence and dealt with everything really efficiently and friendly. The pre-rental emails were clear on what we had to bring. Handing back was just as efficient - 10 minutes top. Well done Jay. If I need a 7 seater again I would definitely hire from here.

Decent price for a 3 day rental, booked online no hassle. Car was ready and on time for collection, would have given it 5stars, but car wasn't washed or cleaned as I would have expected to be for a rental, staff could be more friendly at the parkway Leicester branch. Other than that would use again.

We booked the VW Tiguan 2 months in advance and got the key on 01/07/23. My brother drive the car home and when I checked it I was shocked to see the state of the car it was covered with dog fur and literally dog poop on the back of the car. My sister was allergic to the dust and fur and it made it worse and ended up with ruining our holiday which we planned for past 8 months.

Took the car back on 05/07/23 and spoke to the Manager Jay, just asked him 1 question to show me the pics and paperwork you did before handing over the car on that day. Surprisingly they don’t have any pics or paperwork done before they handed it over. That's the only job they got before they rent a vehicle. Even though he claimed that the car was lastly taken out in December 2022, he claimed that all our cars have been fully valeted with care. “VW IS A JOKE”

Please don't ever think about hiring a car from this VW, it'll be a pain in the ass. Seriously it's a nightmare not recommended to anyone!!! Could have posted the pics, but can't see the option for it.

Gives a great deal on car rental and process was smooth and easy. the staff and jay were very kind and Co-operative

After being let down by Europcar, I am officially converted. I didn't realise that VW did van hire and will definitely use them again.

Service was good and straightforward, price was transparent and pretty cheap especially as I had a 71plate VW transporter.
