Spotless in & out on collection. Security deposit returned on same day after dropping off. Staff friendly. If I’m nit picking it would be brilliant to be able to pick up and drop off at weekends but the days I want the car is my problem, not VW’s.

I rented a fabia for eight weeks from the Sheffield branch for the third time. Excellent service, great handover and return, nice car easy payment and paper work. The key guy is Rob, he’s helpful professional and hard to fault. The price beats anything else out there hands down. Keep up the good work.

The car rental service from the Sheffield branch at Bickerton Garage is excellent, and the staff member provides outstanding service. For me, it’s the preferred place to rent from because of the quality of the cars and the service.

Would have given 5 stars if they'd been open on Saturday morning/afternoon for pick up & drop off. Otherwise a very good service.

This was the 2nd time I have used VWFS (Bickerton Skoda) for car rental. Admittedly this time was only for 24 hours (9am to 9am). I turned up early and was processed quickly and efficiently by Rob. The car was clean and ready to go. Not a like model to the one I booked, but the car I booked. You know what you're going to get. I also returned the car early, before Rob (the guy responsible for the hire service, I believe) had started work but while I waited I was offered a coffee by another member of staff, Phillipe. Rob was early to work but still processed the return efficiently with no issues. This will be my go to place for car hire and if I was to decide to purchase a new or used car, I think Bickerton Skoda would be a good place to start. Efficient, courteous and polite staff.

I found VWFS online after searching for a 7 seater to hire for my family holiday, I booked a Skoda Kodiaq and we had it for 16 days in total, the car was amazing and the experience was absolutely spot on from the ease of booking it online to the day I walked in to pick it up, friendly and efficient service all round, I was in and out in 15 minutes, I can’t thank or recommend VWFS enough, even the price was really reasonable compared to the other well named car hire companies out there, we’ve already priced up another car for next year because of how happy we are with the whole process!
