I've used the service twice and on both occasions the team were very friendly, the booking process was quick and the vehicle was in great condition.

The climate control stopped working on the first hire car but I was upgraded to a new car without any fuss or quibbles. Very helpful staff.

Rented a car for 2 weeks to drive around England. From booking on line to returning the car the service was exceptional. The car was the latest model clean and drove well. I highly recommend using Rent a car Watford. Picking up and returning the car back to Watford was very easy and didn't have ro deal with London traffic was a bonus.

Had to take 7 seater car on the day
Did not let me know in advance the car I booked is not available

It has been the best experience we’ve ever had! We are very satisfied with the service, it was very fast when we picked up the car and when we delivered it back - minimum bureaucracy and polite. The car was in great conditions, no problems with it at all. The price level is much better than in well-known services. It’s also very impressive that the Volkswagen car saloon rents its cars, a very good idea!

We have used this service a few times now and always found Richard very organised and helpful. The car is always ready and waiting. On 24th July my wife was visiting her sick mother and at short notice had to change the pick up and drop off time by a few hours. Richard was helpful, flexible and unphased. Worth the 5 star review and already booked again.

First time i have tried VWFS, and was very impressed.
No queue, went straight in and was in the car in 10 minutes. Everything was explained clearly, and the price was excellent value compared to the usual hire car companies. Didn't try to pressure me into any extras, so hiring a car was an enjoyable exprience for once!
