We hired a camper for a week with our family of four, including two small kids, and drove to Wales. The team were amazing from the very first point of contact. Really accommodating, flexible and friendly. They explained everything clearly and were so much more helpful than any other rental experience I’ve had.

The vans are fantastic and the kids absolutely loved it. They have brand-new stock that drives like a car, and despite using it every day of our trip, it never felt too big or difficult to manoeuvre, even on tight and steep lanes.

Because you’re renting from a VW dealer, it feels like a really professional operation, and you can tell the vans are well looked after. We had a couple of questions during our rental and they responded straight away, even on a Sunday, which was brilliant.

I’d strongly recommend them to anyone and already have.

What an experience!

As a personal car I drive a Toyota, but after renting a Multivan (Yr: 2026 Hybrid), it has clearly made me consider getting a VW soon as my own personal car. I don't have the confidence to charge the car via the EV option, so I only used petrol, even though I drove over 200 miles one way, but the petrol consumption was great, as the petrol used only covered about 100 miles. Overall, it was such a fantastic experience renting it from West London. The agent who assisted me, Taylor, was such a gentleman, very professional and knows his subject really well. He gave us a thorough walkthrough of the van, explaining all the features clearly and making sure we were confident before setting off. He took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed. The multivan was like new, comfortable, well-equipped, and a pleasure to drive.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great multivan — we would highly recommend VWFS West London, and we're already thinking about renting again for another trip.

I collected the car on 23 rd July and it was upgraded to Karoq .
It proved to be an excellent can . It handles well and it has excellent luggage Space . It made the trip to Northwich and the Lake District very enjoyable .

We rented a Grand California from West London and the whole experience was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Dave was epic! The handover was completely on point – he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident before setting off. You can tell he genuinely cares, and he thinks of all the little extras that make a huge difference to your trip.

The van itself was immaculate and perfectly prepared, making our adventure completely stress-free.

If you’re thinking about hiring a campervan, forget all the other campervan rental companies – just speak to Dave. The service, attention to detail, and overall experience are second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again and will be recommending him to everyone.
