Fantastic customer service from start to finish. The van was in perfect condition and really easy to book, collect and drop off. Great price and will definitely use again.

Previously hired a van through VWFS for a holiday with our elderly parents, needed extra room for mobility aids etc. Had excellent service, hence we contacted them for this years' hire. Very efficient, excellent price, service was superb. Van clean and ready to go for time we arranged. No issues with the van whilst away. Will definitely be in touch if we have need of a van in future.

As always, been a few a times and never disappointed. Staff are quick, efficient and extremely helpful and accommodating. I won't go anywhere else, nothing compares. Highly recommend.

Large organisations often charge as much as possible, increasing the price for any reason they can but this did not happen. I don't know if other branches are the same, but I won't be trying anywhere else - I'm sticking with Cleckheaton!
Despite being 55 I have never hired a van before, so I was worried about being taken advantage of, but both Craig and Brian said they would look after me and they really did. Other single women out there will know just how important this is.
The price was great and when I called to ask for an extension to the booking (feeling incredibly stressed because the house move was taking a lot longer than anticipated) Brian said it was no problem. This is the kind of customer service we all need, but it is rare and is the reason I will keep going back.
I will also make a point of telling everyone I know about this fantastic place.
The van itself was new, spotless, easy to drive and if I win the lottery one day I will be buying one!

The Caddy van was great to drive. Like driving a car!
Enough room in the back with access from both sides and the rear. The Diesel engine had plenty of range as well.
Reception and Parts Staff were great. Would definitely recommend.
