All good. I ordered from WAFUU website and received the package in 3-4 weeks. Not fast, but understandable. I was informed about extra charges when postman comes. It was around $12 which didn't bother to pay.

Versand über FedEx ist eine Abzocke – Shop selbst ok
An sich versteuere ich meine Einkäufe meist selbst, da ich japanische Verwandtschaft in Japan habe. Deshalb habe ich die schlechten Bewertungen anfangs ignoriert – das war leider ein Fehler. Am Shop selbst gibt es nichts zu meckern – die Produkte sind top und alles war gut verpackt. Der Versand über FedEx ist jedoch ein absoluter Albtraum bzw. Abzocke! Ich habe 9 Artikel für 67,55 € bestellt, dazu 27,95 € Versandkosten. Letztlich habe ich 68,13 € allein an FedEx bezahlt – also mehr als der gesamte Einkauf ohne Versandkosten! Dazu kommen Bearbeitungsgebühren, Lagerkosten und Umsatzsteuer, obwohl man nach deutschem Recht selbst verzollen darf. Meine E-Mails zur Selbstverzollung wurden ignoriert.
Fazit: Solange keine Versandoption über Japan Post angeboten wird, werde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen. Pakete, die meine Familie mir aus Japan schickt, kommen über Japan Post + DHL genauso schnell und ohne Zusatzkosten.

My order was never delivered. The package was returned to the seller, which they confirmed in writing. Despite this, I was forced to chase them for weeks just to get my money back.
Instead of issuing a straightforward refund, I received long, corporate-style messages about “international procedures” and “multi-step processes” with no concrete refund date. The situation only moved forward after I initiated a chargeback through my bank.
Without bank intervention, I am convinced this would have dragged on indefinitely.
The entire experience felt obstructive, unnecessarily complicated, and designed to delay rather than resolve. I cannot recommend this company based on how this case was handled.

Te cobran el envío y luego las aduanas, con lo que el envío es extremadamente caro. Pongo un ejemplo.
Compré un valor de producto de 44,75€ a los que le tuve que sumar los 22,95€ de envío. Después de hacer este pago de 67,70€ en la web, me llaman de Fedex Aduanas y me piden 28,74€ para poder hacerlo pasar por aduanas.
Total, para comprar 44,75€ me tocó pagar 96,44€.
Por otro lado, hay que tener en cuenta que en aduanas la factura para pasar el paquete era de alrededor de 14,22€, pero Fedex te añade unos gastos de administración de de alrededor del doble, 14,52€. Al final tu dinero se lo reparten entre 3 o 4 y acabas pagando una barbaridad.
Aún no he recibido el paquete, así que no puedo valorar esa parte, pero ya os digo que con lo que ya he vivido es suficiente para decir que nunca volveré a comprar en esta tienda.
No digo que no lo ponga en su web, aunque yo no lo vi o no lo entendí de ese modo.

El coste de envío pagado en nuestra web corresponde al transporte internacional del paquete desde Japón. Sin embargo, los impuestos de importación, el IVA, los gastos de despacho de aduanas y las comisiones administrativas del transportista son cargos separados, determinados por las autoridades aduaneras del país de destino y/o por FedEx. Estos cargos no son cobrados por WAFUU JAPAN y no están incluidos en el precio del producto ni en el coste de envío pagado al realizar el pedido.

I bought a watch from Wafuu. It was $150 more than retail. I also paid a 35 dollar shipping. Wafuu FAILED to notify me, that I would have to pay 80 dollars in shipping fees (DHL). This is a very unethical way to do business. I thought Japan was better than this. Last time I deal with this company.

Les prix sont intéressants mais il n’est pas indiqué explicitement le niveau des frais d’envois et de douane avant achat. Cellule pour platine achetée 50 euros moins chère que le prix en France, 10 jours de livraison et des frais de douane tellement élevés que le produit m’a couté au final plus cher qu’en France et avec une livraison beaucoup plus longue. On vous demande de payer les droits de douane et on vous indique le montant une fois qu’il est trop tard, produit détruit si vous ne payez pas et je ne pense pas qu’il soit possible d’obtenir un remboursement du vendeur.

However, since this is not my native language, I accidentally selected the wrong country when filling in the shipping address.
I contacted customer support within one day to report this issue, but I did not receive any response.

tante recensioni negative ma il negozio è ok.Ordinato prodotti cosmetici ed è arrivato tutto velocemente (una settimana circa). Diciamo che le spese doganali (45 euro per un ordine da 100+20 di spedizione) pesano abbastanza.

Comprendiamo anche che le spese doganali possano incidere in modo significativo sul costo totale dell’ordine. Per le spedizioni internazionali, dazi doganali, IVA e costi di sdoganamento sono stabiliti dalle autorità doganali del Paese di destinazione e/o dal corriere, e non sono inclusi nel prezzo del prodotto o nelle spese di spedizione pagate al momento dell’ordine.
La ringraziamo ancora per aver scelto WAFUU JAPAN e per aver condiviso la sua esperienza.

J’ai reçus ma commande dans les délais, même un jour avant la date. Pas de problème. Site à mon avis sérieux.
Par contre ce qui n’est pas mentionné ou en tout petit, c’est que les frais de douane c’est pour nous. 90€ de frais pour un produit à 300€ à moins de 200 grammes, ça fait cher la surprise. Bien évidement si on ne paye pas, le colis est détruit :)
Bah je vais continuer sur AliExpress ou Temu, au moins je n’ai pas de surprise à la fin.

Sehr schlecht. Ware bestellt, bezahlt und nie erhalten. Es kam zwar eine (sehr späte) Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises von Paypal, die gezahlten Steuern, die zusätzlich zum Kaufpreis berechnet wurden, wurden jedoch nicht ertstattet. Somit bleibt in meinem Fall ein Minus von knapp 50 EUR.
Richtigstellung:
Die von mir angegebene Anschrift war korrekt, wie eine Menge sinnlose Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter belegt. Wenn die Anschrift auf der Sendung tatsächlich fehlerhaft war, dann liegt auch das am Anbieter.
Very poor. Ordered goods, paid for them, and never received them. Although I did receive a (very late) refund of the purchase price from PayPal, the taxes I paid on top of the purchase price were not refunded. So in my case, I'm still out of pocket by almost EUR 50.

Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, möchten wir den Sachverhalt basierend auf unseren Aufzeichnungen objektiv klarstellen:
Versandadresse: Unser System übernimmt die Adressdaten für das Versandlabel automatisch genau so, wie sie vom Kunden bei der Bestellung eingegeben wurden. Wir ändern Adressen nicht manuell ab. Laut FedEx konnte die Zustellung unter den angegebenen Daten nicht erfolgen.
Kommunikation & Rücksendung: Unser Kundenservice hat Sie mehrfach kontaktiert und Ihnen die von FedEx vorgeschriebenen Schritte zur Adresskorrektur mitgeteilt. Da diese Klärung vor Ort mit FedEx leider nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden konnte, wurde das Paket automatisch an uns zurückgesendet.
Rückerstattung & Steuern: Da die Ware uns wieder erreicht hat, wurde der volle Kaufpreis bereits erstattet. Bezüglich der von Ihnen erwähnten "Steuern" (ca. 50 EUR): Hierbei handelt es sich um Einfuhrabgaben, die vom deutschen Zoll erhoben werden, nicht von uns. Da wir dieses Geld nie erhalten haben, können wir es auch nicht erstatten.
Wir bedauern, dass die Zustellung nicht geklappt hat, haben jedoch als Verkäufer alle notwendigen Schritte unternommen. Sollten Sie weitere Fragen haben, steht Ihnen unser Kundenservice gerne zur Verfügung.

I had initially given the company a poor review. However, the slow dispatch and no communication were due to them not working weekends, and the following Monday being a bank holiday. Once they were back at work the speed of shipping all the way from Japan was impressive and justified the high postage costs - highly recommended!

Product never even arrived
Product never even arrived, and this business refuses to provide a full refund. Multiple conversations with the customer service who is incredibly insolent and unhelpful, it's been 3 months and still no full refund. Avoid this business at all cost.

We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. It was never our intention to be unhelpful; we simply aimed to follow our standard return policies and the procedures required by the payment provider.
Since the item was returned to Japan due to the retention period expiring, we are unable to refund the original shipping fees. Additionally, the chargeback (payment dispute) you filed resulted in extra dispute fees that we have had to cover.
Despite these incurred costs, we remain ready to refund the item price as previously offered. We are simply waiting for your confirmation to proceed.
