Workr Umbrella Limited Reviews 

I asked them that i am not interested in using their services anymore and hence send what i need to take control of my company. Its been 2 months since they are dragging it and still holding my details.

I would heavily avoid. I moved from my previous umbrella to Workr as they offered International placements. I saw a few bad reviews but assumed that's sometimes what happens. I should have stuck with my gut and avoided.
The first 2 payments went to the wrong person, entirely wrong person, which then followed a data / GDPR breach of personal information, banking and tax affairs of another person.
After finally getting my first pay, the follow 3 months were late and required me to chase to get payment.
3 months after finishing I am still 000s out of pocket. They put the cash in and make it extremely difficult to get out, and with lack of transparency.

Don't believe the FCSA membership, it's not worth the paper it's printed in for this company.

I cannot stress how much you should avoid

Everything worked so smoothly and people were great, responsive and incteful. If I use again they will be my go to... thanks

I found Work R to be very efficient and low maintenance, which is exactly what you want from an Umbrella Co.

Payroll matters were handled seamlessly and any questions were resolved quickly, by very helpful staff.

On the basis of my experience I would be happy to recommend them.

This company is an absolute disgrace. I have had nothing but problems with them. Customer care is nonexistant when trying to resolve issues. I have been left out of pocket several times through their incompetence and negligence. Now I am chasing money that has been paid in to a pension fund that I do not seem to be able to get out off. Despite never wanting to enter in to it . I am disgusted with this shameful umbrella company.

Never had any bad issues with this company so would recommend them to others.

Sue was super efficient, easy to work with and spoke to HMRC to resolve a matter that I would have struggled to explain. I’m v happy with the end result.

Haven't been paid, have spoken with about 5 people now in the company, same questions everytime, its like everything is incorrect on my profile and nothing is being updated. I would not recommend this company or the service it is supposed to provide. I have done everything they have asked at every stage and there is always a reason why I need to do something else.

I have worked with a number of umbrella companies, three to be precise...Happy to list them...but out of all of those, I would say Workr are amazing. They have amazing customer service skills, very helpful, respond to emails very quickly, explain things properly even if you do ask more than once...Will actually go out their way to find the information, no hard-core selling nor being made to feel pressurised.
I would recommend Workr instead of Parasol, Umbrella Ltd and Brookson

Prompt service and follow up calls to ensure all details are correct. The Workr system of payment is fully explained by the customer team.
