The purchased shooting stick is well made and does it's intended job. However, due to its adjustability it rattles as one walks. It would benefit from a tighter fit to eliminate the noise.

I would simply warn people to make absolutely sure about the measurement of the walking stick chosen as I was tricked about one that I ordered and was asked to return at my own expense which I refused so now have a cane I cannot use.

Antwoord van Walking Sticks
Dear Vilma,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the walking stick you ordered was not suitable for your requirements.
We would, however, like to clarify that the walking stick supplied was the item selected and ordered from our website. The length of this particular stick is clearly stated on the product listing as 91cm (36"), so we are sorry to see your suggestion that you were tricked regarding its size.
When you contacted us, we provided a returns authorisation so that the unsuitable stick could be returned for a refund. As the correct item was supplied and there was no fault with the product, the cost of returning it is the customer's responsibility in accordance with our returns policy.
While we are sorry that the stick did not meet your needs and remain happy to accept it back for a refund, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that you were misled, as the length of the stick was clearly stated prior to purchase.
We look forward to receiving the stick back and resolving this matter for you.
Kind regards,
Victor

medical walking aids suppliers
when i found out my painful condition required a hip replacement, i contacted friends who use walking sticks to aid their issues. i was told it is a 2 year waiting list, so i thought i best buy a stick to help my mobility. i was given your website and was very impressed with every thing from style, colour and handle comfort at incredible prices. i picked a choice and tried it and preferred another type for stability so got another. I found out that if a stick is required for medical ongoing issues they can be bought vat free. As i never knew this and bought before i think it is a consideration at time of perchase to indicate this to buyers and genuine orders if the company agrees can ask for proof as some may abuse this principal, too late for me i have my sticks now. I must give you every credit for an outstanding website of choices and prices and fast service, the very best without hesitation for anyone requiring a stick for medical issues or just a collector, everything for everyone a great service too.
