We travelled to the village of Akaslompolo in Finland last week for our trip to Lapland with our two children (aged 6 and 9). Sally at Wandering Tribe organised everything for us including accomodation in a beautiful log cabin, flights, transfers and excursions, inclusing a Santa who visited our log cabin for a whole hour! She went above and beyond giving us recommendations of where to eat, shop and things to do. The whole experience was amazing and stress-free. We would 100% recommend Wandering Tribe and will definitely be using them again!

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in Lapland organised through Wandering Tribe. Sally was fantastic, her recommendations and organisation was wonderful. She is friendly and approachable and quick to respond to emails and answer the phone. We have always organised holidays independently in the past but will definitely be using Wandering Tribe again.

Sally organised a fantastic trip to Croatia. When we needed to make changes to our schedule she was so helpful and organised everything beautifully. Thank you for a brilliant trip.

We just spent 9 days in Norway, a trip that was twice postponed because of the pandemic. It was everything we expected and more, and so worth the wait.

Sally listened to what we wanted and planned the most amazing and magical trip for us. She and her family have spent time in all the countries she specialises in and it shows in her planning and recommendations. Every detail was thought of from ideas of where to eat, what to do and see and what to expect culturally. The accommodations were all great, we had a little taste of luxury in Bergen with a hotel central to all the sites, to a stay in a cabin next to a waterfall on the fjord towards the end of our trip. She knew what the ‘must do’ things were to capture the spirit of the country like kayaking on a fjord or seeing and hearing the sounds of Norway on the Flam railway journey. She also gave us tons of travel tips so we always felt prepared on our road travels. All in all it was one of the best holidays we have every taken, and it’s all thanks to Sally.

We booked our second trip to Lapland through Sally and it was brilliant. Sally goes above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble. The experiences Sally recommended were fantastic and we can’t wait to go again. Thank you so much Sally for everything you’ve done.

We went to Lapland in the beginning of December 2021. It was one of those most magical experiences for our family. Sally was amazing with her advice on what to do and see there. All our activities which she recommended were brilliant. Sally would always answer any questions I had before and during the trip very promptly.

It was relatively last minute at a good price, and from the moment we made contact she was extremely responsive and put together a bespoke trip to suit ours needs. Everything worked like clockwork and she even changed the time of a transfer for us from England whilst we were out there. It really was a trip of a lifetime and we would not hesitate to recommend Sally and Wandering Tribe to anyone looking for a fantastic family holiday.

Sally never disappoints - we booked a family trip of a lifetime to Lapland and all the arrangements were taken care of so we had no issues whatsoever. Just a fantastic experience that we will never forget. This wasn't the first trip I have booked with Sally and certainly won't be the last. Holidays really are a massively important way to make memories and we only have positive ones of the holidays we have booked through Sally.

Wandering Tribe put together a two week adventure for my family of 5 to Costa Rica this summer. We both work full time so having someone organise literally everything for us was an fantastic treat. And when I say everything I mean everything was organised and ran like clockwork- every transfer, hotel, trip, and answering any queries we had along the way. The package was totally bespoke and the knowledge of Costa Rica invaluable. We had all of the adventure with none of the stress! Would definitely book another adventure through Wandering Tribe. Costa Rica was just amazing!

Sally truly helped us create a magical family holiday in The Azores. She provided helpful, practical ideas prior to our trip, creating an interesting and fun-packed itinerary for the wants and needs of our family (2 adults, 13 year old daughter and 10 year old son), using her own family orientated knowledge of the locations. The guidance and support didn’t just finish at the point of booking. She was able to support us whilst there (difficulty gaining access to a property) as well as sorting a refund on our return (for a trip that had to be cancelled due to poor weather). She just took the difficulty out of things, leaving is with just the fun aspects of the holiday to enjoy.

We went with two other families to Quebec, in the summer of 2019. The whole trip was a great adventure, arranged with Wandering Tribe who had some great suggestions of places to stay. We found them easy to deal with, knowledgeable and flexible. It was a multi location tour, so car hire, accommodation and flights were not straight forward.
