My experience with Wards staff has been very positive, in particular Emily Boyle, Senior Lettings Manager who helped me navigate through the administrative maze that is entailed in renting a property.

Lauren and Monika, in particular, have been outstanding from start to finish. The team at Wards are incredibly efficient and responsive, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout.
They operate like a well-oiled machine, yet remain warm, approachable, and genuinely invested. It’s rare to find that balance. They’ve earned my trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

I found all the staff very helpful and got back to me quickly when I left messages, but the best person for me was Maria Meddings as she acted as a go-between me and the buyers solicitor which made things a lot easier and if it wasn't for her I don't think the completion would have happened. She was very kind, thoughtful and very helpful in everything. Five out five.

We used Wards - purchasing via Deal, thankyou to Lauren & her team who were fantastic, the sales progressor Amanda went above & beyond in particular. We sold via Dover, thankyou to Greg & the team. It did take a long time to find buyers for our house but it wasn’t for lack of trying from Wards, we were kept updated regularly & we never felt like the enthusiasm had gone. What raised our opinion of Wards in Tenterden was the involvement of Rachael Ruocco Buchanan. She was very professional and kept us informed without any need to prompt her. She clearly understood the challenges with our particular purchase, and whilst working hard for the vendor helped coordinate all parties priorities efficiently.

Highly recommend the team at Wards in Herne Bay, we recently had a family bereavement and I was helping my parents , as executors, to sell the property as they’d been finding the whole process very overwhelming. Being based a fair distance from the property I wanted an estate agents we could rely on to handle everything and we couldn’t not have hoped for better!

From my first conversation I knew we’d be in good hands, Graham was fabulous with my elderly parents, reassuring, professional and patient helping them through the process.

The team had a viewing arranged within a week and pictures uploaded to the website super quickly - the photos they arranged really made the most of the property.

My parents are really happy that in less than 3 weeks Emily kindly called after just the second viewing to let us know we had a great offer and once accepted ran through initial details.

I honestly can’t recommend Wards of Walderslade enough after the experience we’ve just had. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Going through wards in paddock wood I have found Eimantas to be very helpful and prompt in getting back to me with any information I need. Would recommend.

We employed a previous Agent who failed to produce a decent applicant. Within a month of employing yourselves you have arranged a number of viewings and we have today agreed a sale. We dealt with Geoff Livermore who was efficient and positive and presentable and dealt with all matters promptly. We would recommend Wards to any prospective vendors.

Maria , bee, Harry and everyone else was fantastic handling our moving process. We are very greatful for all the hard work that was put in. The only downside was sally. The way she spoke to myself and my partner was awful. But apart from that everything was perfect.
