EMILY has been amazing , made my life a lot more easy as being my Agnt for rentals basically she does all the thinking for me
Emily arranges all my certificates for the houses and keeps me in the loop every time, which is what I wanted
Thank you, Emily and some of her teammates are there for me as well when Emily isn’t around. Thank you to all of them as well. They always answer their phone. They always return my calls and emails.

I have just started the process of selling my house and today I had the pleasure of speaking to Nicholas Florides from the Cliftonville branch who was doing our valuation. Nicholas was very professional and gave us lots of useful information including, the properties in our area and the type of valuations we would be competing with, so that we could agree a market value for our house.
I never felt pushed into making a decision, he just gave us his advice on the current market and was very helpful. I would highly recommend is services.

Having not sold before, I was anxious about the whole process and the stigma attached to estate agents however from the first meeting with Anna at Wards in Walderslade, any pre conceptions were very quickly wiped away. The whole process was fairly straight forward and having the whole team on hand at any point to help was great. Each time you dealt with someone you felt as though they actually knew who you were and treated you with respect and provided honest updates. Amazing team, Aimi and Anna were brilliant!!! Anna also gave me ideas on how I can transform the bedrooms I.e. knock down a wall, go for a vertical radiator to fit the look I was going for which I hadn’t thought of. Honestly best service I’ve received from an estate agent. They both deserve a raise x

Tom Bingham Branch Partner came to flat and started the process in September 2025 - very informative, helpful, honest. Completely restored my husband's and my faith in Estate Agents!!!! (previous bad experience many years ago)

All of Tom's team have been brilliant and so helpful over the last 3½mths.

A special mention has to go to Tina Styance, the Senior Sales Progressor who was marvellous keeping us informed of how the sale was progressing.
In particular she was brilliant in last few days before exchange being a mediator between the parties involved!!!!
It is a stressful time and particularly if all parties in the chain don't agree on dates!!!
