Thank you to Emily and Freya who we dealt with at Wards Herne bay! Both were really friendly and helpful with suggesting properties and arranging viewing appointments with minimal notice! They are a credit to Wards and we couldn't have asked for any more!!

Dealing with moving and tenancy agreements is stressful however Billy made this process much smoother and he was so helpful. A much better experience with Billy on hand for help when needed.

My review is with regard to a property sold in Dover. The manager, Gregory explained everything clearly & all proceeded quickly with excellent pics. We were not buying a property to replace so had hoped for a quick sale. From contract to completion it was 6 months. Maria went above and beyond trying to help me to find a new property. I was going through a difficult situation at the time and very few letting agents seemed to want to help. Maria did everything she could to arrange viewings for me, she was understanding of my situation and was contacting me straight away when any properties she thought might be suitable.

We have recently sold our rental property through Wards of Bearsted and have been very pleased with the service we received. Sangeetha was helpful in getting things done. From communicating with the landlord to getting the right trades people to restore things, she was effective.

From walking in the door the staff couldn’t do enough for you, always polite and professional.
They found a property I liked helped with getting a top up mortgage and answering questions in the evenings if they couldn’t contact me in the daytime.
