Excellent service from start to finish, I am very happy to recommend Warwick Glass. Finding the right door for my property turned out to be a lengthy process as I had to be absolutely sure it was the right choice. Mike showed great salesmanship, was patient and helpful and eventually found the perfect door and I couldn't be happier. Fitting the door was done efficiently, a slight problem was sorted immediately, and the overall finish is excellent. It's a much admired door.

Needed a part to repair a lock on an entrance door. Visited the Wawick Office, made my request to an employee I met in reception, part was provided without charge (door was well beyond its guarantee period) and the whole transaction took less han 5 minues- brilliant no nonsense after sales service.

On returning to the house this morning from shopping I was unable to unlock my front door. I couldn't understand why and called Warwick Glass for advice - they sent out one of their team to help me - they arrived within half an hour.
It turned out that there wasn't a fault with the lock - just a glitch on my part - but despite this the matter was dealt with professionally and patiently by Simon - he ensured the integrity of the lock and that I was happy with the outcome.

We placed our order, paid the deposit and had the surveyor measure by the end of November. We were quoted about 6 weeks for installation. We started to chase on an installation date after 2 months. No Comms at all from Warwick Glass at that point. It took 2 weeks further to get a response. We then got a call saying that they had our windows and had a cancellation for the next day, so could they come, which we accepted despite the inconvenience of short notice.

The installers first managed to drop one of the old glazing panels from the upstairs windows, smashing on the patio. It then transpired that the bathroom window had not been made to the correct measurements and didn't fit. Lastly one of the new glazing panels was cracked in the bedroom window. A week on I have had no communication what so ever from Warwick Glass, to either apologise or make arrangements to finish the work. Our bathroom is freezing and we had to get someone in to clean the shards of glass up from the patio that were left after the clear up. We are very disappointed with Warwick Glass. They had previously done our front windows and were good. The sales experience was good but after that they have been poor.

So glad I asked this company to replace all windows and doors, Arrived on time, friendly and professional workman, kept the site clean and tidy, used dust sheets all the way through. Just couldn't do enough for me.

Installed new door and windows 3yrs ago. Had to return once to put hinges on the right way round. Now door threshold is cracking - rang to claim under 10 yr guarantee and told basically it's our fault because we shouldn't tread on it. They were skeptical that we weren't told this, implied we may have put something heavy on it. (No and No). Offered us a reinforcing bar - but at a cost. No thanks.

Fantastic service from an excellent company. I thought I may need a new lock (expensive!) as my conservatory key kept jamming but someone came out within 24 hours and managed to resolve things incredibly quickly.
Could not be more satisfied.

We have recently had our windows and a door replaced by Warwick glass and the service we experienced was excellent from start to finish.
The installers themselves couldn't be faulted, they were exemplary. Our property is an older one and they were mindful of this, adding a wooden windowsil appropriate to the age of the house.

I recently had 7 new windows and 2 doors fitted by Warwick Glass. It was a pleasure to deal with the company. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When placing the order Kevin took time to carefully explain the many options available. The fitter Jason was an excellent craftsman, producing an excellent result despite having to cope with openings which were very different on the inside to the outside. His work included patching exterior render, which I hadn't expected. Also, I did have other quotes and Warwick Glass's price was very similar to the others. Overall I am very happy indeed and couldn't praise the company more highly. I have already recommended them to others.

Warwick Glass are a fantastic company, from the informative chat pre sale to the work delivered the staff were friendly engaging and professional at all times. I would happily use the company again for any future work for my property or future properties!

I required a small part for my conservatory that Warwick Glass installed over eleven years ago. I visited yesterday (29th Sept) and the service manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Although it was not possible to purchase the part new, he went out of his way to find me a good used example. As this part is not on show but nonetheless was a perfectly useable part, I gratefully accepted it and it has now been fitted. Really great service all these years down the line. A good example of looking after their customer before someone else does!

Absolute excellent service, from the initial discussion (no pressure sales) through to the figment.
Fitters were very professional, good at their work and cleaned up after themselves.
The quality of the windows and doors is fantastic, well put together, solid and secure.

We have just had all our doors and windows replaced by Warwick Glass and are delighted with the service we received. Everyone we dealt with from the start was friendly and efficient and communication was excellent. The price quoted was very competitive and there was none of the usual hassle you expect from double glazing salesmen, just a fair price for the job. Jason the fitter did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier with the result - thank you to everyone involved 😊
