We had our door replaced yesterday and I just wanted to say Thank You for the excellent service we have had. Despite all the decision changes that I made, you were very patient and I am very pleased with the result. James,who fitted it, was very punctual and polite and left the place tidy and clean.

We have recently had bifold doors fitted by Warwick glass and the quality and service has been nothing short of brilliant. The customer service provided has been very good and the fitters were very respectful of Covid regulations.
We are very pleased with the quality of the doors and they have made such a difference to our kitchen, we were so pleased that we have just had a window fitted as well .
I highly recommend using Warwick glass as we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Warwick Glass came to replace our windows at the back of the house this week. We previously had the front of the house done with them also in the summer 2020. Both jobs were carried out very well. I have to say this week with the back windows I was particularly impressed with the two fitters Don and Stuart. A great team, very professional and friendly. Took care over the work, left everything very tidy. I would strongly recommend them as a company and especially Don and Stuart - thank you very much.

I am keen to support our local businesses but when you don’t even receive a quote after what now seems like a wasted 1.5 hours with a sales rep what can you do? Its been over 5 weeks now and I’ve gone elsewhere. Such a shame and looking at the feedback on here it seems like a common problem with Warwick glass.

Have just had the 8 windows replaced on our bungalow by Warwick Glass and have to say that the level of service and professionalism were first class. Right from the initial enquiry to completion they were very thorough. The installation guys did an amazingly professional job in removing the very old dilapidated windows and replacing and making good the areas around the old windows with very modern energy efficient windows. They were very tidy and even in these times of Covid took all the necessary steps to maintain their safety and ours. Can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We had a conservatory glass roof replaced by Warwick Glass and I have to say the work and service have been first class. The two fitters who did the work were outstanding in terms of the professionalism they brought to the job. They kept me updated on how it was going and they obviously were determined to get all the details right. Very polite and easy to have around. Importantly, the back office service has been excellent with the installation manager keeping a close eye on things and doing everything to ensure I was happy with the final product. Overall, very professional company that I'm happy to recommend.

This firm was recommended to me by one of my neighbours who had used them previously. They gave an excellent service, the workmen were always courteous and professional. I had a new porch fitted, plus 9 replacement double glazed units into wooden frames. I am very pleased indeed. Especially in these troubling times. Neal came out before Christmas to do a quote for at least 9 windows and a porch and front door. He spent at least an hour( an essential risk in these times) measuring up and talking about the product Warwick glass could offer us. Assured that a quote would be sent either between Christmas and New year or early New year at the latest. After chasing this quote up, being told his internet wasn’t working that particular day I hasten to add no quote was ever received! I’m appalled with the time that was wasted and the risk of spreading the virus needlessly from this company. Don’t waste your time calling them out!

Excellent service all round from friendly Neale on sales to Bernie on installations and then efficient work by James fitting the two windows on this very cold day today! I shall be returning to you for more windows in the future thank you!

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Warwick glass, I had an odd request for them to de-sash my windows to get a sofa delivered

The guys came round when the sofa was being delivered and did a fantastic and quick job of getting the windows out and then putting them back in,

Would definitely recommend and was great that they could help when other companies wouldn’t

We recently had 3 new windows to the front of our house which included the installation of a steel lintel over the lounge window. The quality of the product is far superior to the 34 year old uPVC windows that they replaced and the care and attention to detail in a less than straight forward installation from all concerned left us with no doubt that the job would be done to a high standard. Needless to say, it was and we are delighted with the work. Well done to all concerned.

Another excellent job by Warwick Glass. This time It was Jason. He arrived promptly and completed the job of fitting a new kitchen window and door in a professional and no nonsense manner. The finished job looks excellent and when Jason left there was no evidence of him having been. Thanks Jason.

Excellent service. Responded immediately to our call for help with a broken front door handle. Norman arrived and fixed it in record time. This is the second call out we have had to make in the last month and on both occasions the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. I can’t speak highly enough of the service and the staff involved.

Six years ago we purchased aluminium bi-fold doors from Warwick Glass, we have been very pleased with them, but a couple of weeks ago a minor issue with the door furniture developed. Simon contacted the manufacturer and they agreed to provide a replacement free of charge, Simon even came to our house and fitted the replacement part. What a great company, thanks Simon looking forward to doing business with Warwick Glass again.

Several of our window handles had stopped working I contacted our window supplier and they were not interested as Windows were over 10 years old. I then contacted Warwick Glass and Simon sent Terry to come and see what was needed, within a within a week Terry was back to replace with new handles. Excellent service and would highly recommend, Terry was a a pleasure to have in the house and everything left clean and tidy. Thank you Warwick Glass. Annie Crockett

Just had some new windows fitted and glass panes replaced in our house. We've been using Warwick glass for 15 years. Exceptional quality and customer service.

Kevin recently provided a quote for replacing windows and doors at my mother's house. He was professional, answered all questions and offered advice as required. His quote was competitive and, although we are not going ahead with the work at this time, I have no hesitation in recommending Warwick Glass.
