Bouquet for Warwick Glass
Dear Sir,
Warwick Glass have just replaced all our windows and doors at a cost of £16,000.

We are delighted with the speed and efficiency of Warwick Glass team and the skill and care displayed by the two installers; you all did an excellent job 😊.

We were expecting damage to adjacent plastering, grit and dust as well as general disruption. However, we can report that little or no damage was caused to the edges of the walls (these were repaired), the installers cleaned up each day and caused a minimum of disruption. It was a painless event.
We would highly recommend Warwick Glass.

We had a new outside door. Guys arrived on time, had everything done and dusted after about an hours work just as they had said. Cleaned up and made a good job - very pleased

This is the third time i have tried to use Warwick Glass to support local businesses. Each time the service has been poor. This time they came to measure up and i didnt hear back for over 2 months and 4 calls later. They then quoted for half the job. Came out in May and eventually returned my calls in August. I didnt mind waiting for the work given the pandemic but they couldnt even get the work right given they had come and measured up. Totally unreliable. Given my previous experiences of them had been oor I have totally given up on them now.

My dealings so far with the Sales staff and Reception staff has been negative. I’ve had to chase up sales staff on numerous occasions to get a quote, and on one occasion, the sales person actually laughed at me on the phone. The reception lady’s tone was so rude and unwelcoming. Really shocking and unacceptable.
On the plus side, the survey man was pleasant to deal with, and I hope the installation crew will be good when they install our door tomorrow morning.
Not sure I will want to buy from this company again as my experiences pre-sale has been very off-putting.

Had one of their workman turn up at a neighbouring property & thought to invite in to replace the glass pane in my kitchen door where the seal was leaking.
Quoted a price of £70, incl. materials & labour.
Then Covid struck so failed to get back in touch.
Made contact again recently & the individual advised that he no longer has the glass pane so the price would go up.
With that in mind made contact with Warwick Glass who attended the property & wanted to charge me £140 for the same work.
Their justification is that the individual in question wasn’t going to be paying VAT & it was going to be carried out off the books.
Neither is my problem or fault.
I simply wanted a job doing that I was quoted on by an individual representing Warwick Glass.
I was also led to believe during a previous call with one of their managers that Warwick Glass are doing very well commercially so there is neither the need nor desire to honour the price put forward by one of their contractors/employees.
In addition it was suggested that they only have my word for what had occurred, which is also inaccurate as the whole dialogue with their employee/contractor is on my phone by way of text message.

It appears I have been unfortunate with the 3 staff I came across until today’s phone call with a more senior member of staff who clearly would not have acted in the manner some of his colleagues have & was unaware of the issue until the review I posted.
I thank him for his intervention, which was appreciated & at the time of publishing the initial review unexpected in light of the fact that I had spoken to two other managers preceding my comments.

We have just had French doors, patio doors and a kitchen window fitted by Warwick glass. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. They came when they said they would and fitted our windows at our convenience. We wanted to thank Andy and Jason our fitters who have now done 2 jobs for us, they were great, we are delighted with everything and they left our house clean and tidy.

This company has very poor customer service I find it hard to believe the positive comments posted on here.
I did a quote online which said I would be contacted in 24 hours, a week passed and nothing so had to chase it.
Spoke to a salesman who said he would email me a quote, more than a week passed nothing so chased it.
Salesman sent it to wrong email address despite the fact they had my correct email address through the website and had sent a previous email.
Sent him the correct email address again and nothing (no its not in SPAM).
Did the same inquiry with WindowPlus, salesman came out as arranged to see the job and sent quote by email same day.
No more excuses please, I get the message!

We have just had french doors installed by Gavin. He arrived on time and was meticulous in fitting the doors and frame and in clearing up afterwards. He cleaned every thing and vacuumed up the dust. and made sure that the doors were working properly before he left. We are delighted with the service we got from Warwick Glass.

Within the last 12 months we have had our windows, doors and conservatory replaced and upgraded through Warwick Glass. We have been very pleased with the process from sales though construction to completion and the after care service too. We would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation who we have found to be very thorough and professional at every stage.

Andy and Jason did a great job, working round all my mess and completing the entire house (six windows and two doors) in a single day: they left the place cleaner than they found it! One pane of glass came off the van cracked, but a new sealed unit was made, delivered and fitted within two days - excellent service. Overall very satisfied, would definitely recommend Warwick Glass to anyone else.

This is the third time we have used Warwick Glass. They have delivered excellent service all the way through the process for fitting our new windows and doors. They came out to measure and discuss what we wanted. The quote was sent promptly by email in only a few days, The fitters have finished today, a day earlier than originally thought. They were excellent, efficient and made sure all parts of the job were finished to a great final finish. The top quality products that they use (we chose Rock door) and their excellent work have transformed our home. Thank you so much.

We’d heard that Warwick Glass had a good reputation.However although a salesman came out and spent ages measuring we never received a quote.
We rang and chased it and the quote still hasn’t materialised.
Doesn’t fill you with confidence if this is their approach to customer service.

Fitted 4 windows and door the whole process was so easy.
The fitter Jason was exceptional in his work and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to have a skilled and efficient workman to do the work. The quality of the windows and door is exceptional. Will have no qualms in using this company again and would recommend them to anyone who needs to use their services.

We were dreading the upheaval but everything went smoothly. Workmen turned up on time, were very friendly and helpful, and always left the site tidy. Liaison with site managers, surveyors etc was superb. Would highly recommend.

Visited the showroom to discuss our options and arrange a home visit and quotation. Kevin helped us out and was super friendly and informative.
The team at Warwick Glass did all they could to get our install complete quickly and efficiently. We must thank Gavin our installer who completed both the front and patio doors by himself.
Very happy with our purchase, the quality of the doors, the sound and heat insulation is a huge difference but most importantly they're secure.
Fantastic service all around and would recommend to anyone.

Warwick glass fitted new windows and doors in my home last week. From start to finish, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with and I’m really happy with the installation, price, and service.

The fitters Mark and Gav were both brilliant and have done an amazing job; the windows look great and have made such a difference.

Nothing was too much trouble, the installation process was seemless, and even the scaffolding was promptly removed after the installation.

I highly recommend Warwick glass; thanks to everyone involved.

The actual windows and doors are well made, and the fitting went well, but this company has some serious customer service problems.

First off all, communication. Several times during the purchase process, we stated we wanted the windows fitting by the end of August (we first placed the order at the beginning of August). Despite repeating this requirement when the salesman came to price the order, and nearly 2 weeks later when the surveyor came for detailed measurements, no-one mentioned the 6-8 week lead time until I pushed them for a date.
They were finally fitted a week into September - 5 weeks after we placed the order, but it seems only because we made a fuss.

I paid by bank transfer the same day, but the next day they phoned my wife asking where the payment was.
I emailed them the same day to inform them the money had been paid but over 2 weeks later, I've yet to receive any acknowledgement that they received the payment of £1800!
It seems Warwick Glass can communicate well enough when they want your money, but not otherwise.

There was one other issue that left a sour note to the whole experience.
When I arrived home the day after the fitting I noticed a length of new timber was missing from the garden.
When I emailed them about the payment, I also asked if the fitters had moved it, as it may have been in the way.
I didn't get a reply to the email, but a few days later, someone came to the door, and gave my daughter a replacement length of wood, telling her it was the same size as the original but he offered no explanation as to why it was taken or any apology.
It may only have been a length of wood, but it's the principle - tradesmen have privileged access to people's houses and it's essential that that trust is not abused.
I won't be using Warwick Glass again!
