They did not deliver due to a beaurocratic issue with their finance people not being able to accept a credit card payment.
But they took the money and , it seems , only after an email 6 days after ordering telling me that I had cancelled the order was I told of the above issue.
Theory good thing is that my credit card was refunded 2 days later.
I do not think I will bother with them again. 2 stars is being generous.

Details:
Ordered a polylok pl-625 on July 28, 2026. I called in September several times during normal business hours and only had 1 call picked up and the person who answers said he would call back as the polylok truck was coming that day. I never received any response and sent several emails, so I had to initiate a charge back before my 60 day window expires. I don't know what happened but it seems this started this year based on the reviews. Added history in the pictures so the owner can't give try to flip the narrative.

Have no idea who you are or what product you are referring to. We are not based in America so you have the wrong company

Hi Nathan,
Very sorry you felt like you had to give us a two star review.
Our lead times are on our website and state up to 10 working days and from looking at your order we actually had it delivered to you in within seven days.
Excellent support
The item we purchased was delivered direct from the manufacturer.. The support we received in clarifying the delivery date from Rob was excellent and we were very happy withthe price.
Gives the impression of a small business but highly recommended.

They tok my order and my money and then the day after emailed to say tey didnt have it and had cancelled my order and issued a refund. They are still advertising as available on their website so Im sure tat is false advertising. Whilst we were able to source elsewhere it has delyed the project by several days

Where to start with your lies.
We contacted you straight away to say unfortunately we didnt have this particular item in stock and we would be refunding you immediately.
We then gave you advice as where you would be able to purchase it from, which you then did, so unsure as to how this has delayed your project.
You then threatened us with court action and trading standards over false claims.
Your lad was spot on

Bad experience so far as I am very disappointed that we still have not received our order.
We received an email last week advising that delivery would be mid this week. However, after chasing again on Thursday (today)due to the order still not arriving, I have now been informed that delivery has been pushed back to next week.
This is really not acceptable, particularly given the delays and lack of accurate updates throughout the process.

I am sorry your order was delayed Jonas, as this was the manufacture who told us it should have been mid week then pushed it back to the following week.
Your product you discuss is a Enzyme which has to be manufactured in a laboratory so delays can happen.

I ordered stuff on 22nd march and still I haven't received it. I called nearly 20 times with no one answering my phone. Managed to get the line on one occasion and I got email which has no value and meaning. My greatest regret to order.

This was not true, we called you back if we ever missed your call and i think we missed two calls at the most when we were in a meeting. We gave you the DHL tracking reference so could see the delay was with them and not our company.
Not Delivered - no information. You hand…d straight to bpo
You have acknowledged the order and taken payment but so far not delivered the goods nor given any indication as to when they will arrive despite being beyond your stated delivery timescale on your web page. Your telephone contact number goes directly to voicemail.

Very sorry we had a delay on salt orders this last week.
