I bought a domain and hosting from Webhoster.pk, but it was the worst experience of my life. After taking the money, the hosting did not work, the domain did not activate, and the cPanel did not open. Their own servers are down repeatedly, which clearly shows that the entire system is unresponsive or insecure.

Customer support is practically nonexistent. WhatsApp, email, no response. It's simple: they take money and go silent. No service, no refund. It seems like the entire company is just there to collect money, not to provide service.

I wasted my time, money, and website — all three — by trusting Webhoster.pk.

My strong opinion: Stay away from this company.

Anyone who is thinking of taking hosting or domain from here, should save themselves from a big problem.

Extremely disappointed with this hosting provider. My website never worked properly on their server, and despite repeatedly reporting the issue, nothing was fixed for over two months. I requested to change the nameservers so I could move to another hosting, but they ignored my request, and the support ticket was automatically closed after 15 days without any solution or proper response. Very unprofessional support and zero accountability. I do not recommend their services.

Very disappointing experience

I paid PKR 11,000 for the Growth WordPress plan on WebHoster.pk. They activated the Startup plan instead. After I complained, they upgraded me to Growth, but a few days later they downgraded me back to Startup without telling me.

My monitoring shows the server uptime was only 95–97%, which caused repeated interruptions. My website is down right now and my work is stuck.

I asked for a refund according to their stated policy, but they refused. I contacted them many times (phone, WhatsApp, and support tickets) and got no real help.

I expected the plan I paid for, stable service, and basic support. Instead, I got the wrong plan, low uptime, poor communication, and downtime. Based on my experience, this service is unreliable, and I’m moving to another host.

Fraudsters, scammers are the words to describe these people. This is not a genuine hosting company, these are just con artists. Stay away from these pathetic people or you will just waste your money and time. The worst kind of humans on this planet are these people.

I had purchased thier web domain and hosting package on 28th of September and its 3rd oct today, not the the domain is propagated yet.

Never go to them highly forbidden 🚫
You should donate that money instead of giving them.

it has been over 4 months since my site is down.
Every time i contact them, they say it will be updated tomorrow. but no support has been provided.

Now my domain is stuck and money wasted. lost my ranking on google as well.

Recently, i migrated my site to webhoster. Found them very budget friendly. Once i moved my site their support afer sale is very fast, I have been getting excellent hosting services, Even simple queries and requests get very quick resolution from their support team of Mehak and Aqib.

This is also a cybercrime, as they failed to provide the service after accepting payment and promising delivery. I have written an email to FIA and NR3C regarding this matter we are just some of the people who cameout and exposed these guys.

Kindly whoever sees this go to serach "cyber security issues complain pakistan" and then go to both "FIA cyber crime online complain and helpdesk@nr3c" and then go to report a crime, and write in as much detail as possible about how they took the money and did not provide service.

One of my worst ever experience. After making payment there was no response. Only reply from the Customer sevrice was that " We are checking". Next day the website of the company itself was down. Tried to contact them over calls but the landline does not respond and they delcine teh calls on whatsapp. Think zillion times before buying thier servcies

I recently purchased a domain and hosting plan from WEBHOSTER.PK, making a payment of 6,800 PKR on May 31, 2024, via transfer to Account No. PK23MEZN0002540106429341 at Meezan Bank. However, by June 20, 2024, I discovered that my domain was still not active, and they didn’t register it.

What’s worse is they have no customer support! When I requested a refund, they suspended my account. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, email, and phone (04235786353, 03111332332, 03008414048), I have received no response or resolution.

I complained against him in FIA cybercrime. I think ya single person ha jo fake company bana kar k logo k sath scam kar raha ha.

I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with WEBHOSTER.PK to save themselves from such unprofessional and fraudulent practices. They won't refund your money.

They are scammers who offer a hosting service that exists in name only but does not function at all, hosting itni thaki howi hai open hi nahi hoti.
