I wounder other reviews are fake. Let me tell you why. I bought their hosting on 30th January 2024 then couldn't find time to recheck. Then on 19th July I asked them that they offer free domain so if I buy a domain would that be free, they did not agree and said you can get it free only at the time of buying but they did not tell me when I was buying it and the conversation was taking place on WhatsApp.

Then I agreed and thought I should buy it now. Then I bought the domain on 20th July. On next day when I tried to open their website to check my domain then to my surprise their server was down and webhoster.pk was down and I tried for one and a half hour but server was still down. How can a website provide hosting service when their own server is down. I took screen shots but there is no option of sharing it.

Now, more than 7 days have passed and my domain is still pending. I contacted them on WhatsApp after 3 days and they said it will be up after 30 minutes, next day they replied that I should wait for few minutes and then after 5th day they stopped replying.

After 10 days, to my astonishment, the domain was still available on other domain providers which means it was still not registered. Then I called on their other number where they replied that it is not their policy to refund the domain payment and even did not share any transaction IDs which they claim they did. Then they threatened me by saying that if I remove my review from Trustpilot, which I added after 7 days of the purchase, then they will think about the refund.

Then they cancelled my order and did not reply ever since. Even I told them that their non-refund policy doesn't apply here because they never bought my domain and they never provided their service. So, without providing me my domain how can they deny the refund?

That's their way of doing business by deceiving their customers without any apology and without any refund. Pathetic service and deceiving response.

Very bad service, I have hosted many websites from webhoster.pk because Hisham server recommend us, but webhoster.pk is very irresponsible,
For the past 2-3 years, I've been using webhoster.pk for my Pakistani clients, but my experience has been quite frustrating. Despite placing orders, it often takes them 3-4 days to activate the hosting and domain. Their customer service is equally disappointing as they often ignore my messages, causing significant delays and inconvenience.

I've hosted numerous websites with them, and every time they assure me the activation will be done in 15-20 minutes, but it ends up taking anywhere from 2-3 days to even 5 days sometimes. Their affiliate marketing program also seems unreliable; whenever I request a withdrawal of my affiliate earnings, they completely ignore me.

they are the biggest scammer in hosting companies in Pakistan.
they didn't give what they said and after buying they did not respond msgs and calls.
I complained against him in FIA cybercrime and also FIR on him.

Fraud. They took money. It bought package with migration of web sites almost 5 months completed. Still they didn't completed. No one replying. I created ticket in December Still they didn't reply. Please save your self from these.

They are scammer Beware they will not refund money back.
We bought domain and web hosting services but they didn’t register our domain for three days. We asked for refund but they didn’t refund our money till now. They are totally unprofessional and they will never fulfilled their commitments. Very bad experience we wasted our valuable clients and time from purchasing their services. In our case we only found them professional in scamming. We Never got our money back also we wasted our time due to their unprofessional behaviour.

Poor customer service. They don't reply you promptly. The given contact number is always switched off. Furthermore, they do not refund.
