Beware from this company
I've had a disappointing experience with webhosters.pk, who claim to be Pakistan's top hosting provider. Despite making payments, I encountered unresponsiveness and inadequate support. I advise caution when considering their services.
I previously purchased reseller hosting and other services from them last year, but experienced frequent downtime, slow loading speeds, and security issues.
Additionally, I'm still waiting for a refund of Rs. 3100, which I requested 8 days ago, but have received no response.
I CAUTION others to BEWARE and thoroughly research before using their services.
UPDATED (04-11-24)
No refund or response to my WhatsApp messages from Webhoster.pk after 1 week. I wish I count share screenshots here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Webhoster.com. Despite having an active service, my account showed an inactive license, which created significant issues for me. Their customer support is nearly nonexistent—calls go unanswered, and messages on WhatsApp are ignored.
To make matters worse, my cPanel hosting was blocked even though the payment due date is still far off. They seem to demand payment prematurely without proper justification. When I opened a ticket regarding an SSL problem, I received no clear explanation for the service deactivation. Overall, the lack of communication and support has made this the worst hosting experience I’ve ever encountered. I would not recommend Webhoster.com to anyone looking for reliable web hosting services.

I only choose webhoster.pk because of their cheap packages. Took website hosting with them and it was the WORST DECISION of my life. My website was down the entire weekend during sale season. When I contacted customer support, No reply was given and after a few days they replied 'Sorry your chat was archieved'. Imagine the level of their customer service. Currently I am trying for my refund. Its was my hard earned money which I feel has gone to waste.
EDIT: Their response is a big LIE. Dear webhoster.pk go check your inbox I have emailed you three times starting from 24th september. I have been messaging non stop to your employee Mehak Naeem for a refund since 24th September. Today is 3rd October. You are bunch of liers with no morals and ethics. Shame on you. I can attach every screenshot to prove you have been stalling me since 10 days!! No refund has been made.

Firstly, our representative did make an error regarding your chat, and we acknowledge that human mistakes can happen. We are addressing this internally to improve our customer support.
Your website issue stems from the nameservers not being pointed to the hosting. Regardless of the hosting quality, if nameservers aren’t updated, the site won’t work. Even now, the nameservers remain unchanged.
Regarding your refund, you contacted us at 4:30 PM, and we explained that we needed time to investigate since an invoice of Rs. 1800 was already in your account. By 7 PM, in just 3.5 hours, you had threatened negative reviews and acted in a way that was difficult for our team. Despite this, we assured you of the refund by the end of the day.
I hope this clears things up. We value your feedback and are taking steps to improve our service.
