Wickes - Doncaster Reviews 

What a lovely experience! I had to drive out of my way to visit the Doncaster store but it was worth it. The staff were some of the most professional and helpful especially the lovely lady Claire who went above and beyond to help. Its further to go but this is the only store I will be using from now on.

Came into wicks Doncaster today. Young girl Claire was so helpfull polite and understanding. Bought the item and over the moon.. Thanks again

Ordered online as a click and collect. In store, Aiden was very helpful and offered to load the wood chip packs into my car, which was much appreciated

I use this branch often and I am never disappointed in what I need to buy. Today I experienced fantastic customer service from Claire and her colleagues. I messed up buying the wrong item yesterday and returned it today but they didn’t have on display what I should have purchased originally . Claire checked the system and found they did have some in stock and her colleague went to find them for me. This wasn’t a massive sale however they provided great service like I was spending thousands. That kind of customer service is what matters and I will keep returning there for all my numerous diy needs. Thankyou Claire and colleagues you got me out of a self inflicted problem with a smile :)

The staff at Wickes were fantastic - personable, helpful and no pushy sales tactics. They genuinely just wanted us to get the kitchen we wanted at the price we could afford.
Tyler in particular was great. We had a few design appointments with him including a home visit and each time he was patient and knowledgeable, accomodating our requests or explaining why something wasn’t possible but offering helpful suggestions/solutions. He genuinely cared about what we were trying to create and that made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you Tyler and enjoy your holiday!

Called at Wickes Doncaster to pick up an item ordered online. The item was big and heavy and at age 70+ somewhat difficult to load into the car alone.
A Wickes employee called Diane offered to help.
Diane assisted me in taking the item to the car and loading it. She was pleasant and extremely helpful throughout, changing an ordinary shopping trip into a 10/10 customer experience. Thank you Diane.

We came in to see about a new kitchen and dealt with Tyler he was so lovely and patient. He made sure everything was right and met our needs. Would definitely recommend him. There were other staff members that made us feel welcome and got us drinks, even chatted with us whilst we waited for Tyler as we were early. Can’t fault them at all in here. So if you want a new kitchen and want hassle free but great service this is your place!

Excellent service from Kelly at The Doncaster Store, from. Start to finish, very knowledgeable about her job and the kitchens and products. A credit to the team, arrived on time, measured up, explained the process and kept us informed all the way. Home measure on the Monday, singed and paid for on Tuesday, fast and efficient.

Travelled from barnsley to Doncaster store to collect an item which said was in stock here , after about 45 mins of Sarah and the flt driver looking ( sorry forgot his name Pete ? ) item still couldn’t be found amongst the store racking , we were offered alternative solution by Alex the manager for the inconvenience it caused

We had great service at this branch stock readily available minimal queueing and we were served by a great guy called Clint who was getting through customers really quick we observed he served four customers while others the time that all other operators had served only one and he had a great smile for us to brilliant service thank you

I’m not a big DIY fan & needed lots of help to know that I was getting the right things to do the job. Aiden was very helpful & made sure I bought all the correct things

I was looking to buy wall paint, the staff name Dan come to me and help me with advice, paint wasn't in the shelf so Mr Dan get me paint from warehouse. Very friendly and helpful. I'm happy and definitely come back to Wickes again. Thank you

Had a lovely experience when speaking with Kay today - had an issue with a paint coming out different to what was expected (not wickes brand). Kay very kindly pointed me in the right direction regards who to raise this with at manufacturer level as well as helping me find the more appropriate colour.
