We buy this jacket to my husband.He wear the jacket couple times.Now it’s falling apart.It’s a Blue rivet leather jacket.Horrible

I have never experienced any website that is bad and user unfriendly like Wilsonsleather. The site did not allow me to create any account, unless I placed an order and check out as guess then they sent an email and ask me to open an account. Seriously???
Shipping is way very very very slow, and I even have had NO way to check if it’s prepared or not. I called customer service, they persuaded me that the item(s) should have been shipped out in 48 hours or less - I waited, thought that it was delayed because of the snow storm. Now I realize that there’s no storm that lasts for a month. If there is, other other merchandises still be able to make it with just little delay. Except them. A month or two of delaying is just normally commonly usually intentionally happened. They don’t care. After a long wait I don’t care don’t need the jacket anymore, so I called them again and asked to cancel. Guess what? CS said they CANNOT cancel once it has been placed. Even if the item has never been shipped, they do not allow me to cancel. They reiterated that!!! What kind of business is this??
Can’t say anything else than regretful that I have ordered from them. Never again.

I wanted to leave this review because I read a lot of negative ones (after already placing my order of course) so I wanted to share a different perspective. I am extremely pleased with my order. The jacket arrived only a day late and was packaged well. The quality is top notch and their measurement/sizing guide is on point. I ordered a size up based on the measurements listed and the jacket fits perfectly. I can't comment on their return service because my order is definitely a keeper but I will say that if you follow their seemingly accurate measurement guide, then you can probably avoid having to return in the first place. I was nervous about my order after reading these reviews so I'm thrilled to have had such a positive experience and I'm in love with my new jacket!

Did a return on a jacket...they received jacket Dec 8th and I've yet to get a refund. Customer service is a joke,they don't return emails and if you call all they say is they will escalate it and nothing happens. I'm on the verge of getting the BBB involved with this company. I would def avoid this company for any online purchase,they are def one of the worst out there.

I purchased a jacket on December 8, 2021, and cancelled the order within an hour of the purchase, then also contacted Customer Service to confirm cancellation. Two days later I received a response that the order could not be cancelled, but took a couple of weeks to deliver.

I sent the jacket back and received notification that it had been delivered on January 10, 2022. As of February 4, 2022, I have still not received my refund. It appears dealing with this company is futile. I will let my credit card company handle the matter.

Spoke to Belinda in Customer Service for the 2nd time today regarding my return. She said that although they had received my return on 1/14/22 processing would be delayed because of the holidays which to date happened a month ago. Very rude and not helpful and basically said that my return would be delayed by another 10-14 days. Tried to tell her I would like to reorder the correct size but did not want to do that until my money was returned to my account. Customer service for this business is rude and completely non-existent. Wilson Leather used to be my go to for leather goods as there product was always great but now it is just a scam company as far as i can see. UPDATE: After receiving my item back on 1/14/22, a credit was finally issued on 2/5/22. Don't know if this was due to my credit card company intervening or if they finally just processed. At any rate, it has been taken care of.

Worse shopping experience of my life. They sent me a $500 jacket with no belt, rips and the jacket was just a cheap pos. Then I returned it and they won’t refund me and I have proof of delivery. I’ve called at-least 6 times and emailed over 20 with like 3 replies and each phone call I was met with rudeness and complete lack of care. Like they didn’t care about helping and just wanted to ruin your day. I have proof of delivery and they are saying they never got it. The proof of delivery says Susan signed for it the date and time. Don’t ever buy from this company. They are horrible.

Delivered wrong order. I ordered a men's jacket which was to be delivered on 5th Jan. However, I got it on 11th Jan and it was of wrong size. Customer support is pain to deal with.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered a women's coat. I received a men's jacket that was worth twice the value of the coat I ordered. I returned it for a refund three months ago and I still have not received my refund. Every time I call, weekly, I am told that the refund has been processed and I can expect it soon. As of January 11, 2022, no refund and not even an email verifying that they have received the item so that I can dispute the charge with my card company.

Bought a jacket that I didn't know was back ordered but when I called customer service she said since I made my order on 12/7/21 I would absolutely have it by Christmas Day. Their website said I would have it by Christmas Day as well. Welp, it came two days after Christmas, I could see that it was "ready for shipping label" and to be sent out of warehouse as early as 12/19/21 but it wasn't until 12/23 they finially sent it. Also returned a seperate jacket, used their shipping label and filled out form w/ reason of return (too small). They recieved it on 12/20/21 and as of today 1/10/22 I still have yet to receive my refund. I've called customer service weekly to get an update on my refund, they said to take into consideration we just got over the holidays but I should expect it soon. I've sent emails, none have been answered. This company is nauseating, never again

Wilson's Leather has by far the most incompetent, unknowledgeble customer service department ever. I called their customer service to advice them of a return and was advised to use the return label included in the box. 3 weeks later no refund has been issued nor the return acknowledged. I contacted theis customer service department and explained that I used their return label and need to check the status and was told they have no way of viewing the return until it it fully processed which is in 30 "business" days. I explained that I didn't have access to the picture of the label and asked if they could provide me with the tracking number so I could track it on line and was told they have no way of getting that information. I was also told "I just work in a call center so I don't have access to any information other than what you see online.

They cancel the Christmas present for someone you love with no notice. I call to find out that it was out of stock and that “the online system does actually reflect the inventory”.

I asked for the concession of expedited shipping as a concession for their mistake. They offered 3 day shipping, but also mention the item wouldn’t be shipped out of the warehouse until 2 days later. Today was Monday, I was simply asking for a Friday arrival.

Don't waste your time!this company

I am very, very, very disappointed in your customer return policy. You shipped an extremely damaged purse on our order and the return after two full weeks has not been credited, I was told that it will take another week before I might see the return come through. I always believed Wilson Leather was a reputable company but after reading ALL the reviews it seems as if they really don't care about their customers. Most of the reviews were a one-star rating with a few people stating that they would give zero stars if they could. I guess they want to hold onto the money a bit longer so they could accumulate more interest instead of taking care of their customer first.

If you want loose your time and your money Wilson leather is the best place !
I bought a leather jacket the seams in places have been replaced by double-sided tape!
I wrote them no answer there is no respect for the customers.

Ordered a purse from them but they shipped a completely different item. I was promised a full refund but only got a partial refund. Now they won’t honor their refund promise. Fraud! Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a leather jacket for $186 in January and received it on Jan 20. I returned it using the label they provided on Jan 21 because it was too small. I was promised a refund first for Feb 21, then Mar 12. I have sent several emails that weren’t answered and have still not received my refund. After wearing Wilsons’s jackets for over 25 years I will never do business with them again.

Purchased a leather coat for Christmas 2020. The coat was actually nice; however, my husband wanted something different. I tried to return and was put off for over 60 days saying I was out of their return period ( January 8 was extended Christmas return date!!)
As of March 30 I have sent them photos of the new with tags on coat, per their request and have still been put off on receiving a return authorization. I was told that if I sent the coat back without an authorization, they would not refund. After many emails and calls, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with their customer service and absolutely would not order from them again. In addition, I would caution anyone thinking about ordering to THINK AGAIN!

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered an expensive.coat and received it promptly. The second I put it on and barely touched the buttons, 3 fell off. It took them 3 tries and 2 weeks later to email me a legit return label. Now, almost 2 months later, they still have not received the coat. Winter is practically over and I haven't had a chance to wear it. Now they tell me it can take another 14 business days to process the return once they get it. After this, I will never order from them again.

Returned my item and never received a refund. Had to dispute the charge.
