Wilson's Leather is No Longer A Reputable Company
Wilson's Leather does not stand by their word. I received a $30 reward and because the item was returned and reordered, they promised to re-apply the reward but still has not done so 3 months later. My phone calls have fallen on deaf ears...after I hang up. I will not use them again as they are becoming a less reputable company than I previously thought.

This company is a rip-off if anyone could put this on the news or worldwide you guys are the biggest Liars in the world I ordered a 3X Scott snap front shirt whatever you want to call it way back at the beginning of the month when you had them but you send me a 2X anyway and took my money and now you make it tough for me to return the items but I promise you the next store I see I will stand in front of it and I will protest and I will call the nearest News Network to inform them of your practices online shopping and what do you do to your customers you guys make big guys feel bad I don't even know what has gone wrong with this company but it is so sad but now I can't get in contact with no one the items that you send me everybody in the world can look right inside the damn box what kind of shipping is that if it had got ripped off I wouldn't have had a leg to stand on someone and I mean everybody needs to put this company on the spot where they are illegal online shopping when you ask for a 3X they send you a 2X and when you ask for a 2X they send you a 1x unless you have people in your company that are non American that don't know how to read English is the only way that this could possibly happen but something needs to be done and I am the right guy to do it who's ever reading this review don't waste your time and money that are biggest scam artists in the world and I don't know how they've been getting away with it for so long
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
This company charged me a $35 shipping fee AFTER I submitted my order. I did NOT select priority shipping as it was not needed. Purchases over $75 would receive free shipping. My total fee was $35 less until the final payment went to my credit card. I immediately emailed Wilsons Leather, no response. I called 3 times to request the credit and after speaking to the 2nd customer service rep I was promised a credit after they reviewed my emails. Well, Wilsons Leather, I called a 3rd time and you denied the credit after you guaranteed me a refund after I received the package. And on top of that the package was not received in 1 business day. It was received on the 3rd business day. AND Wilsons, you are questioning me how could a cart charge change and the customer not realize it...apparently there is a glitch in your computer system. It does happen.

If possible I would give zero stars as that is what we recieved for our money. We placed and order and ended up having to call the customer service number 5 times as well as send numerous emails. We were constantly assured they would get back to us and we never recieved a call back. They placed the blame on Fed ex taking our money and not forwarding the order even though I supplied them copies of the order confirmation. They promised to take care of it and refund our money. Give them 24 hrs. Nothing. Have to call my credit card to recover the money. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered 2 items at the same time at the beginning of March. Additionally, I had to pay shipping charges with that order Within the hour, I received a confirmation email. The next day, without the option to me to wait for back order, one of the items was cancelled. Since this involved shipping charges, I would have cancelled the entire order since I only ordered that second item which was "meh" but I was paying shipping charges anyway so I included it. By the way, the item cancelled was in stock, 3 days later. I complained and told the customer service rep that I used up a rewards promo earned on a previous very large Christmas Order. Additionally, the remainder was paid for with a debit card that could not be refilled and had an expiration date. I was promised the balance owed in a check and I would not be charged shipping on re-ordering the "partially cancelled, without my option to cancel the entire order". I demanded a check since I told the rep I probably am not interested in purchasing from Wilson's again since I cannot trust the company. It is now May. And 6 (SIX) follow-up calls later, no check, no promised email on status (from one customer rep) . Every time I call, they claim to reach a Manager and then they tell me, it is because they could not confirm my "send to" address. You mean, the same address they were so willing to mail the other past 2 orders to? Every time--it is to confirm my address to send the check to. That line of malarkey is wearing thin. WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!
RIP OFF
Using the information given to us on the web page, we measured for a hat. When it arrived, it was too small and did not look like the hat in the photo. We returned the hat and they deducted $15 from our refund. RIP OFF. I'll never shop here again.
Never received my order.
Ordered a coat. Received an order confirmation. After a couple weeks, I received an email to review the purchase that I still had not received. When I called customer service, I was told the order was cancelled because the coat was no longer is stock and was discontinued. Would've been nice to have been informed, instead of waiting for that delivery.

Apparently, the shoulder straps are synthetic leather because the leather is peeling off the straps like a thin layer of plastic. It’s disgusting. Why would they ruin a good leather purse by adding faux leather straps? Now the entire purse is worthless. I will never buy anything from this company again. They sell low quality products at high quality prices. They deserve to go out of business for cheating customers by sneaking synthetic leather on genuine leather items. It becomes junk and useless quickly when the fake leather starts to peel.

The absolute worse online experience ever!!! I order a briefcase as a graduation gift. They took my money and sent me a confirmation email. When I called to see when can I expect to receive my order and I was told the order# is not one of theirs and the order did not go through. I ordered it again the same thing. Customer Service is rude and doesn't know anything.

Cheap zipper used in high priced leather jacket
Purchased a Wilsons Leather jacket, a Thinsulate lined Leather Bomber, for approximately $350 in 2017. Wore it about 20 times. Zipper is now completely useless. The teeth keep separating--even after repair--and the insertion pin is torn away from the zipper. It's obvious what the problem is. Wilsons has switched from the high quality YKK zippers they used in jacket I bought in 2008, to low quality Chinese knockoffs. A leather jacket should be expected to last 20 years or more. Instead I got about 20 uses!
I visited the store in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA, and reported the problem, and was rebuffed. The manager simply pointed to their 60 day policy. So, beware Wilsons Leather coat buyers! Then I contacted customer service number, with no reply. They are clearly pushing a defective product and are unwilling to make good on their decision to use cheap zippers. I will now have to spend $120 to have it replaced. The jacket otherwise looks to be a nice product, so it's shocking to have to do this. And to get such poor customer support.

I appreciate all that you did for me...on Thanksgiving no less...you were definitely someone I was thankful for! The last guy left me hanging with no call back for 2 hours when I called back and got you, on the verge of boycotting I tell you!! The store manager is extremely rude, very irritable in talking to customers, make up nonexistent stuffs and verbiage accusing customers. She is a totally discreditable person, unbelievable bad, frankly a disgusting person with pretty and fake face. Literally can not communicate to a person like that because she repeatedly making up stuffs... . loud, commanding, lies and lies, accusations and accusations, a rude and shady person. I could not tolerate her nasty attitude and unbelievable lies and lies, which provoked me to use the "f" word in the end.
I went to the store on 9/22/17 evening around 8pm because I bought a luggage for $130.68, a week later I took the whole bag untouched as that have been sitting in my car trunk the whole duration to the store, I only got $124.01 back. The store manager was able to locate the store receipts from the store receipts filing system and that clearly show a shortage of $6.67 difference in dollar. but she refused to return the $6.67 back because she said I signed the receipt and that I supposed to have checked and know the dollar amount that I signed for. So I got cheated by Wilson Leather Store for the $6.67 dollars. I demand the $6.67 dollar back, but they refused.
What a shady person, shady store and practices!!!
