Wincanton delivered some very awkward and heavy furniture to my property and were incredibly professional and courteous

Great service delivered on time, the chaps were lovely even taking their shoes off to take the bef upstairs to the bedroom as new carpets just been fitted. Recommended highly.

Today we had a delivery of nested coffee table which we ordered from DFS. The delivery team were very helpful and kept us up to date on the delivery time. We got updates from text messages too. I received a call this morning to remind me about the delivery time slot which was very helpful. The gentlemen was kind enough to take his shoes off to drop the items in the living room. Most of the delivery guys don’t go that extent to remove footwear but these gentlemen did. He was very careful and handled the item with utmost care. He also gave information on the next steps if the item was damaged in transit. I would highly recommend them.

Came at 650 i asked if they could leave everything on the landing as just had new carpet fitted he said not enough room so left everything in the dining room I said you will have to take the mattress upstairs as I have a 1 year old toddler refused to take it upstairs because said it was getting stuck on the carpet grippers they didnt even attempt to lift the mattress upstairs they were more concerned about holding traffic up in the street so now left with everything in my lounge/ dining room where my 1 year old is playing.. me and my husband managed absolutely fine to get the mattress upstairs when he got home

DFS was easy & quick to order online. I believed the price to be reasonable for the high quality of the item ordered.
The delivery was smooth, being kept updated throughout the ordering process to the final delivery. The delivery team called in advance and were very customer focused and friendly.
Would definitely recommend from my experience and would not hesitate in ordering with DFS again.

I ordered a bed from Soho Home. The courier company was Wincanton. They turned up at 06:45 (15 mins before they were meant to). They did not ring my doorbell. I was in the next door room from my phone so did not hear it ringing. I eventually called them back only 5 minutes after they had last called me ( I checked my call logs) and the guy said they had left half an hour ago. This was a blatant lie. They have now given another date 8 days after the first one. I understand that I should have been next to my phone, but to not ring the doorbell and then lie about when they had left is not the service I expect when paying £5000 for a bed. I wouldn't be that annoyed usually - after all I missed the calls - but they didn't bother to ring my doorbell and then lied about when they had left.

What a difference between Wincanton and Evri! We were due a delivery on Monday from Evri..... Arrived 48hours late!!!!

Fantastic service. Kept well informed regarding my delivery time. Delivery team were efficient, polite and very helpful. They took good care of my property and my delivery item. Would use again.
