Excellent communication in relation to delivery date and time. Service when receiving my furniture was exceptional

The service they gave it to me the delivery service team they phone me before hand. Let me know that they are on the way to my house. I really like about that.

Delivery guys called me to let me know they were on the way and what time they would be arriving.
Very respectful of the carpets whilst bringing in the boxes. One carried them to the door and the other put shoe protectors on then put the boxes into the required room

Ordered a bed from DFS and Wincanton were the delivery service. They provided great service when delivering both my bed and matress on separate delivery days. The booking system is very clear and easy to follow. The drivers follow the delivery instructions and it is very easy to contact them through their WhatsApp. Great experiences both times and both items delivered on time with good customer service from the delivery drivers.

Quick delivery - allowed to chose delivery day - kept upto date with emails - given 2 hour slot . Delivered in time . Extremely professional company unlike a lot of couriers !

Just had Jeff and Mark deliver an outdoor sofa from West Elm. They were excellent. They kept in touch with me before they arrived and arrived when they said they would.
They were polit to me, respectful of my property and proceeded to build the item without fuss then took the packaging away with them.
A fantastic experience.

Good communication from the delivery guys, they called to confirm their eta within the specified delivery window. Sofas were unpackaged and put in place all very efficient good attention to detail. We’ve had two deliveries from this company and both times they have been superb.

Absolutely faultless lads. Even too their shoes off to walk on my new carpets. Were careful not to mark the walls even though I’d told them they were due to be painted. Very polite. Probably the best delivery men I’ve ever had!

Kept upto date regularly on delivery time and the guys were very quick and helpfull.

My mattress was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. After informing your organisation, the 72 hours waiting period for the mattress to be moved is highly disappointing

Really happy with the service from the delivery men Steven and Mike who delivered my goods from dfs. They delivered my heavy items upstairs to my room of choice.
They also gave me a call 40 mins before arriving with a E.T.A, they were both very friendly. Thank you for being so helpful. You made my day.

Wincanton delivered and assembled a West Elm glass coffee table for us. The service from booking to delivery was swift, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. 10 out of 10.

Second awful experience with Wincanton. They’ve arrived and again can’t come to the house because their 7.5t lorry according to them is ‘too big’. Be prepared for them to not deliver or collect the first time. They’ll be sussing out whether you’re on a bend, the road is too muddy or too wet, the entrance is too small or too wide, there’s leaves on the road or they just can’t be ars*ed to do the job. Not sure how they stay in business and frankly they don’t deserve to be. The worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. In future I will always check with a retailer to see who their delivery company is and if it’s Wincanton I won’t buy from them. Sad that reputable companies like Sofa Brands (G Plan, Parker Knoll, Duresta, Lounge Co) use such a dreadful home delivery company like Wincanton!

I was informed of the delivery time and date regularly and it arrived within the allocated timeframe, guys were friendly and polite and very cheerful.
