never had any problems, apart from upping my insurance from £66 a month to £94 even though i’ve been with you guys for a year now and got 2 years no discount :(

Brilliant customer service always in contact to let you know how your driving is going.price drops if you are consistently driving safely and when your policy expires they give you enough time to decide to renew with them or not no pressure

So far I've had no issues with them
So far I've had no issues with them, after reading some of the reviews I was very sceptical. But the black box instalment was very fast and efficient. Very good and fast customer support. Offered very competitive prices during my first year ( lowest ) and went down pretty much 1k after a year of driving with 90s/100 driving score. And I hope it will carry on like this.

I have been with Wise Driving a 5…
I have been with Wise Driving a 5 months. During that time I took my car gor a repair in the beginning of March - I informed wise driving and supplied evidence of this as the battery was removed to repair the car and I didn't want it to affect the blackbox reading. Despite this I got a warning x 5 that my black box was removed at 00:01 the next morning. An email saying I'd breached my terms and removed my black box 5 times. After numerous emails and calls I get confirmation over the phone it was their error. However she stated on the call (I recorded) I would not be able to get this in writing. Premfina the insurance broker confirm there's a cancellation marker on my insurance now. I make a complaint and it is resolved by stating your insurance isn't cancelled and is still valid - no apology no acknowledgement of the error, no acknowledgment and accountability or assurance that the marker is removed from my insurance. The error caused my score that was always above 90 to drop and caused annincrewse in my cost - this has not been corrected. I have had no choice but to go through the complaints channel as they ignore my correspondence. I would not recommend.
