Easy ordering process, measurement guide clear. I ordered a blind and a duster to bring total up to free postage point - but they then arrived as two packages despatched separately but with the duster package labelled as 1 of 2 which gave the impression that Royal Mail had lost the blind. Quick email to Wooden Blinds Direct - apparently the blind despatch was separate despite misleading labelling on duster package! Blind arrived a week later -all fine.

The blind looks fantastic

There’s so many companies doing these blinds I would say choose another one. Ordered a wooden blind but what arrived was nothing like the picture. My drop measured 101.5 so I put 102 cm. I should have put 101 but what’s half a centimetre. The blind is far too long and 2 spare slats sit on the bottom base plate. The tapes are 4 centimetres wide and far too obtrusive for the size of the blind. Nothing like the illustrated blind but I was told that the picture on their website is for illustration only. Tape poor quality and looks like someone has just used wide masking tape. Because the blind is too long the hideous tapes just bulge at the bottom and there’s no way of hiding them. Firm weren’t interested. Have ordered a new one from local firm which I should have done.

Easy website to navigate and placing the order was very straightforward. I've not hung them yet as I'm still in the middle of decorating. However, having taken a quick peek, the quality looks great and I'm excited to get them put up. Great communication with regards delivery and order progression. Thanks

I paid the extra for premium finish blinds, but blinds supplied were a poor quality and looked like plastic, NOT WOOD !
They looked nothing like their website images.
My complaints fell on deaf ears and any reply’s to my communications took days.
