[hey all, forgive me if this is a repeat...did not see the first one go through] Just ordered 5 of these for my business partners for EOY Christmas gifts (2 jet black, 2 chocolate, 1 sand). Well I got rave reviews on the quality of the bag's construction, the beauty of the design, and practicality of the concept. It was a huge winner with them. Shipping was also pretty swift given the size of the order and the Cyber Monday frenzy (delivered to our office in Florida in about a week). Packaging was grade A+ excellent: protective foam, individually wrapped dust cover and plastic, and all inside of a beautifully designed cardboard box covered in sketches of a NYC aerial (I didn't even need to gift-wrap!). One of my partners responded by surprising me with one in chocolate as well :). As for how I found out about Nova: about a year ago I needed one bag for my monthly 3-day work trips because I usually had to do a separate garment bag for sport coats and pressed shirts. After some research, the Nova felt like the best option (a 4-wheel spinner version wound be an awesome upgrade, though!). so I look forward to travelling with the Nova. Am looking at the W&O backpack to match as well, maybe also as my everyday brief. Will try to do a follow up review after break-in once my partners and I have travelled a few months.

We ordered a few of the Nova rolling garment bags in the new olive green color. I LOVE the innovative design and space for shoes. Glad that they're offering colors too — tired of having just a plain black suitcase. The details (such as stitching on the leather) seems like nice quality. PLUS, I refuse to carry a bag without wheels, so this purchase was a no brainer

Overall great experience. The Duffle Suitcase appears to be of high qualify and as advertised. Would recommend.

Positive update on previous 1-star review from Feb 7, 2024:

The bag arrived on June 11th, 2024, and it is of excellent quality. I continue to use the bag on all of my trips. As I am 6'5", it is great to have a bag that I can use as a carry-on for a suit, shoes and additional clothes. The bag is durable and stylish! Loving the wheels, as most garment bags do not have wheels for transit. This is an excellent bag and worth the wait!

I had a great shopping experience with Wool and Oak. After placing my order, I realized I had entered my email incorrectly. Zander and the service team responded right away and fixed the issue immediately, allowing me to receive updates on my order without any delay. The package even arrived faster than expected. Overall, amazing service and a very smooth experience!

Wool & Oak has been truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I read a few things on Reddit prior to my order and was anxious that maybe if I had an issue with my order I would be out of luck.

Well… how about this?

I ordered the Nova Carry by accident. Meant to order the nova large. I was leaving for a work trip and they did everything to get the bag to me before I left for my trip. The exchange process was easy and their customer service kept me informed at every step of the way.

I also ordered the Nova duffle.

But realized after I ordered both their Black Friday sale has just launched. So they sent me a Porto and a Toto to make it right. Just a masterclass in customer service.

The bags are truly beautiful and elevated. So thankful and truly can’t wait for the travel memories these will unlock!

This is the best customer service that I've had in years. Years. Not an AI bot, a real person. I reached out to Wool & Oak initially because I wanted to get an ETA for the olive large Nova duffle. Zander responded promptly from Wool and Oak and kept me updated during the wait. He added in promotions (packing cubs) and holiday discounts as they occurred and always followed up with me. Today the bag arrived and it's as wonderful as I hoped. The color, gorgeous. The construction, zippers, wheel glide, spot on. I'm not traveling until December but I might just have a few practice packing sessions and take it for a spin around my kitchen island. If you're interested, take the plunge. You won't be sorry.

Zander at the customer service dept. is fantastic. I had a minor issue with the zipper and they rectified it immediately.

Great experience and responsiveness overall from Zander which is rare sometimes for online purchases.

I had a couple of questions about my first order and even asked them to honor a sale that started the day after my purchase. I received an email response the same day, they extended the sale price to me and even gave an update on shipping.
Wool and Oak customer service is five star, first class and most rare of all…. personal.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Wool & Oak genuinely stood out.

I ordered the NOVA Large after eyeing it for months. It was a personal splurge, and I was torn between the canvas and leather versions. Their team walked me through the differences in a way that was actually helpful, not salesy, which already made me feel good about the purchase.

A few days after ordering, I noticed their Black Friday sale had dropped the price pretty significantly.
