Very poor!
My kitchen was scheduled for delivery yesterday at 7am.
Received a phone call at 10am stating it was not coming and they do not know when it will be delivered.
24hours later…no communication from anyone and no resolution found.
I contacted customer service and told same…no idea when it will be delivered.
This is unacceptable as I have been left with no kitchen in a house with children with health issues.

Great help from Nicholas, very patient on my lack of my technical ability, but we got there,and the small issue was dealt with pronto,great service from Wrens customer services, would highly recommend the group for kitchen know hiw and ease on the kitchen assembly.

From the moment we entered the showroom we were put completely at ease by the designer Colin McCluskie. We explained what we wanted and why, Colin then went about designing the kitchen. Once design was completed, we then organized our fitter Kenny Prince who liaised with Colin on some minor details. Delivery and installation was organized to suit us!! Kenny and his colleague Brandon fitted the kitchen to an incredibly high standard all while we went on holiday. I can't recommended Colin, Kenny and Brandon highly enough.

Being ignored after paying nearly 16k for a kitchen! Making it hard to sort the FR and then not to answer or even reply to messages when ive complained about the cooker etc! Daylight robbery!

Kenny Prince was our fitter, he arrived on time every day. He communicated with us during the fitting. He has lots of knowledge and he worked hard, he also offered help when necessary. The floor and work area was kept clean and free from clutter...I would be happy to use his experience in the future.

Flatly refused to price up a kitchen based on our detailed plans, although the same thing was done for my daughter a few months ago.
No consultation, explanation or advice at all, just "nothing we can do".
No method of complaining either, the number given by the store needs a reference number to proceed, which we didn't have.
Very poor pre sale service which has made two unhappy customers go elsewhere.
Edit: no update after I submitted my details as requested. No response at all on social media either, only used because they are uncontactable by other means.

Recommend a friend and get £200 and cashback deals used as incentives to buy an expensive kitchen. Despite purchasing the kitchen over 6 months ago we are still waiting on output from both. Inaccurate information given on the cashback deal as we were told on several occasions that Bosch and Neff appliances could be mixed and the cash back deal would still be valid but turns out this is not the case and £1000 cash back then went down to £350 and we still haven’t received it.

A seamless process from start to finish. Thank you Wren Ayr for my lovely kitchen. David Long did a great job designing the layout and Kenny Prince and Brandon fitted it perfectly. I am so impressed with the quality of the kitchen and the impeccable service throughout.

Bit of a drama this review - So, all was lovely and friendly in store appointment. Sorted out design, colours ect ect. Download the app so you can have updates (got none). Day before delivery an email slides in to my inbox. So the original £505 induction hob, 5 zone, which was sized and designed with same width drawers below is unavailable. Not to worry, we at Wren kitchens have solved the issue and given an upgraded hob in place. However, the "upgrade" a 4 zone hob which, when we researched it, was smaller in length, so would look strange and unbalanced. The best bit of the upgrade was that it cost £395. Now I don't claim to be an expert in mathematics, but, doesn't that mean we should have been told of the #down grade# and have been refunded the £110 difference. Not according to Wren kitchens customer service. I did try explaining the maths to the chap, but he was seemingly having great difficulty in acknowledging the fact. I also tried to explain the definition of Fraudulent wording when telling customers they are receiving "upgrades" that are actually down grades. He couldn't seem to acknowledge that either. I then tried to explain the problem of a company keeping funds that should be refunded to customers, THEFT a crime that could be challenged legally, again lack of acknowledgement. 56 minutes later, I was a hairs bredth away from total meltdown, I had used the F word once, told them to come and collect the whole bloody kitchen and after a 6th time on hold was told they would collect the delivered hob 2/7/25 and I would receive a refund of my £505 after they had received the delivered hob at their collection centre. As you can imagine that was the last nerve touched. Glaswegian temper at 100% and it was decided that on this occasion they would refund the money on a 3 to 5 working days handling time. My fitters were on site, waiting to start the job. I had paid for a 3 day workload. I have nothing but disappointment and the Wren kitchen customer service did not care about us having to pay more money for tradesmen to come back, the fact we now have delays due to trying to source a new induction hob that could be delivered asap (no delivery dates before Sunday 15th June), now my fitters cannot be on site that date and are not available for another 8 days after that. So delays again. No compensation for anything and who cares if we're not happy?? The 1 star is for the store staff only, who were lovely and even today were attempting to resolve things by checking stpres for replacements and I appreciate everything Catherine in the Ayr Wren store done. Thank you, however, I would suggest if customer service is important to you, stay away from this company because once they have your cash, they do not give a flying F about customers. I hope they pay my invoice for storage of their induction hob selivered today and that cannot be picked up until July 2nd. 21 days storage shall be invoiced and should any damage occur during storage, we don't do compensation!!!!!!!! Mr and Mrs Towse, Prestwick.

From start to finish we are absolutely thrilled with our Wren Kitchen. Colin, at the Ayr branch who designed it initially and hand held us through the vast amount of choices and always available for any worries. We then had Kenny the kitchen fitter visit and take precise measurements and made sure everything was spot on. Derek the electrician.
Kenny and Chris made short work of ripping out our old kitchen. I had complete confidence and basically left everything to Kenny. His eye for detail and problem solving I can’t praise enough. We are delighted in our new kitchen and can’t fault it. Kenny’s knowledge of the kitchen’s and how to solve any issues so that you don’t have to worry is remarkable. Wish all tradesmen took such a pride in their work. Thank you.
