Pre-purchase experience was fine. However, if you have any post-installation problems, customer services seem totally disinterested and just dish out platitudes. Our bedroom was supplied with 3 damaged panels in early March. The fitter went ahead and fitted these instead of ordering replacements. We raised the issue as soon as we noticed - and I have contacted the after sales team probably a dozen times since. But keep getting fobbed off with ‘we’ll look into it and get back to you’. Suffice to say they do not.

Awful communication. Bought 3 drawers for my children's bedrooms, told they would be installed as included in our contract, only to be delivered and not include installation. The delivery could not be cancelled, we are unable to arrange installation and the customer care has been extremely poor with no resolution.

Peter (apologies if I have spelt it wrong) was great. He was able to explain what needed to be done, did the job well and was very helpful. At the end of the job all the packaging cleared away neatly and the bedroom itself was left really tidy.

I previously left a positive review for Wren because, up until installation, the service was genuinely strong. The design team were excellent to deal with, communication was clear, and the process felt well managed.
However, now that the kitchen has been installed and lived in (for less than a week), I feel it’s important to review the product itself.
For context, we installed a Howdens kitchen in our annex in December 2024. In January 2026, we installed our main kitchen through Wren. We deliberately mirrored the design so the two kitchens would be comparable in layout and style.
In our experience, the difference in quality is noticeable.
The Wren cabinet fronts look flatter and less refined. In person, they don’t have the same depth or finish as the Howdens equivalent, despite being in a similar price bracket. Several units arrived with dents and marks. Some were identified and replaced before installation. Others only became apparent once fitted. As removing and refitting would have meant further cost to us, we were offered a partial refund instead.
The most disappointing issue is the dual Belfast sink. This kitchen has been used for under a week and the sink already shows significant metal marking from normal washing up. I am not referring to staining through misuse. I mean visible grey lines after washing cutlery — to the point that it appears scratched after everyday use.
Our Howdens Belfast sink, installed over a year ago and used daily in the same household, does not show this behaviour.
When we raised the issue, the manufacturer’s response was that the marks were caused by the client and were not considered a fault. Wren relayed that position back to us without offering any further resolution. That is where the service has fallen down. It feels as though responsibility shifts away once installation is complete.
We also attempted to purchase an additional insert drawer to match an existing unit. We were informed that the insert could not be purchased separately and that we would need to buy the entire cabinet again at significant cost. By contrast, Howdens will supply the insert drawer on its own.
In addition, insert drawer handles were not supplied by Wren and had to be sourced separately. The internal drawer inserts themselves are plastic and feel relatively flimsy. The comparable inserts from Howdens are noticeably sturdier and better finished.
In summary, while the design process and initial customer service were strong, in our experience the quality of materials and overall finish do not reflect the price point. Compared directly, the Howdens kitchen feels significantly better made.

Had a fantastic experience with Jonasz from the Farnborough branch who designed me the perfect kitchen exactly how I wanted it, and he put so much effort in to get it right for me. Then, when I needed to exchange an appliance due to changing kitchen plans during fitting, Nicholas from the customer support team was super helpful in helping me to secure replacement appliances and provided an excellent level of care. Would definitely recommend Wren for their high level of support and customer service, both in branch and over the phone.

Dean & Keifer delivered my bedroom furniture. They were fantastic, even though it was raining they made sure not to ruin my new carpets. They put out cones while parked and even used a door cover to not damage my front door!

We went through 3 different designs.
The delivery team were great.
Fitting was delayed, the customer care team did not help in getting back on schedule. In the end I sorted things out with the fitter.
Fitter was great and worked very hard to complete the project.

Our kitchen was delivered on the 11th of November. There have been continued issues with the double ovens. The first bottom oven arrived damaged, and the replacement took 10 days to arrive. The combination of AEG ovens do not fit the factory fitted unit. We got sent a link to purchase a filler- its too big. Its a month tomorrow since our kitchen was delivered and we still don't have working ovens. We have sent picture after picture, and now the email address is not accepting any more pictures, we are left in the dark, with no kitchen! My partner has been signed off with stress due to this. We have spent 17k and have been palmed off time after time by customer services- while the ordering process and design team were great, the after sales team, which is when it really matters for a company's reputation, is totally incompetent. We have contacted TV and media now as we don't know where to turn.
and you know they will respond to this review saying we are sorry and we will resolve any issues when they've failed in the last four weeks to do so. Its looking like a business that has grown before it's had the infrastructure to cope
