i had the most rude obnoxious boss of the fitter
must say fitter good guy but his boss total w.....
wren do not tell you they use external fitters

Terrible service. Explained to the designer where we wanted the worktops to end. Due to the location of pipe work and appliances the worktop needed to be 650mm depth. Rather than explaining that they did not do this he said he could do it. When the installer came he explained that the kitchen sizes were incorrect. When we contacted wren they offered no solution and were not helpful. When the kitchen was installed realised the designer had made even more mistakes as the installer had to cut panels and add parts to make the kitchen work. Also due to the incorrect worktop size our washing machine sticks out from the worktop. I don’t recommend Wren especially if you have a non standard kitchen, they do not offer bespoke options. Reached out to their complaints department who fobbed us off. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

From start to finish, from planning to the fitting of our new kitchen, we have been very impressed with Wren.
Omar, our Luton showroom planner, was excellent in listening and translating our preferences into a virtual 3D kitchen. The Wren-approved fitter, Adrian Solomei of Tilly Construction, has a superb team, oversaw them expertly, and completed the work to the highest standards. Wren refunded all unused materials at the end of the process. Customer Services were very helpful and accommodating in sorting out issues as they arose, such as replacement parts or extra materials needed during fitting. We recommend the firm wholeheartedly.

Concerns Regarding Kitchen Installation and Post-Installation Support
Wren Kitchens Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent kitchen installation performed by wren kitchen installer. Unfortunately, the quality of the work does not meet the standards I expected from Wren Kitchens.
There have been several issues with the installation that I believe require immediate attention. Additionally, I have encountered difficulties in obtaining support from wren company regarding post-installation services. This lack of assistance has left me feeling unsupported and request to initiate support from financial-ombudsman.org.uk to support the service.
I would appreciate it if they could look into these matters as soon as possible but unable to have a proper response and failed to attend pending service and the issue has been un-resolved .

Couldn't go worse than this. The day they came to install removed all appliances and mentioned he will not reinstall my existing appliances where I was paying installation cost and I clearly mentioned I need complete fitting by the installer.then he said it mentioned in contract where no one read 30 pages of contract with terms and conditions.and I clearly mentioned all needs to fitted by installer and reconfirmed it.even I gave exact measurement to utilise my single space but according to them there wasn't enough space but they wasted quite few space where I can use the space easily.i accepted all that at the end and gave up.
Now having issue with appliance
Only one appliance I bought from them only one appliance and it's faulty.now they are playing with me with that too.i have now kitchen but i cant cook.its ridiculous they trapped you with their offer which will not worth it the amount you pay...so careful

Worst company ever,avoid please
for sure you can find a better kitchen company on the market
they ruined our kitchen starting from the kitchen designer( she said ok to everything we wanted,we paid all in full,they put us signed some paperwork after we had no chance to change our mind or get any refund at all - even if is their mistake)
and then ending with the worktop fitting ( was fitted in 6 weeks after the kitchen was installed, and then in 2 week after that all the joints are damaged )...so so disappointed,furious,frustrated for paying so much money 😞
