The member of the survey team (M Perry) turned up on time and was polite. He was very friendly and answered my questions. He got on worh the job jn hand and explained what happened next

Avoid at all costs. Bought our kitchen 6 years ago and every door and panel has the skin lifting off. Contacted them but no reply. Out of guarantee apparently. Disgusting company.

Mike Perry communicated with us when he was going to arrive and arrived on time. He was friendly and informative about what he was going to do. And checked we had a follow up appointment at the shop. He worked quickly and completed the job in about 40 minutes. We were very pleased with the service we received. Great customer service.

Great service by Wren. The guys who brought the bedroom furniture were excellent. Out of 3 companies in total who delivered various furniture to my house, they were the only one’s to wear protective boot covers as to not soil the new carpet. Well done Mitchell and Kieland .

We first sat down with the Wren sales team in July 2025 and we have just completed our kitchen in April 2026. On schedule and on budget. Excellent service from sales to installation with special mention to Fabio Almeida for sales for the full duration and David Turrell for installation. No issues and cannot fault the team. We would highly recommend Wren Norwich

I’m really pleased with my kitchen, designed for me by Oliver Albrow at Wren Norwich, and everything about the fit went smoothly (apart from a bit of a problem with the two delivery guys not being able to bring in the larder unit as the drawers had been installed at the warehouse and they said it was too heavy – the fitter managed it with the help of the electrician).

I would wholeheartedly recommend the fitter recommended by Wren, Steve Cooper. He was reliable, polite, friendly, tidy, very professional and did a great job. Thank you for arranging for him to install my kitchen and thank you to Oliver for all his help with the design – it is everything I hoped for!

Called with delivery time, and arrived on time. Very helpful and and informative

My new kitchen units were fitted rapidly and professionally by the installation team. Later on removal of the protective film some damage was noted on some parts.
Spoke to my installation coordinator Zoe via video call, showed her the affected items and she ordered them straight away, even managing to get a 4 day delivery. Absolutely amazing service and so professional and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better after sales experience. Just looking forward to getting the worktop on now and enjoying our new kitchen. Thank you Wren.

We had a great experience using Wren for our new kitchen, Nikita was excellent giving us design options and explained everything we needed to know. We were very fortunate that everything was included and coordinated and we are now enjoying our new kitchen.

Easy to contact and efficient troubleshooting . I love my kitchen

I have no issue with the quality of the kitchen units and anything that was not correct was dealt with promptly.
My issue comes to the refer a friend service. Despite numerous visits to the store in Norwich and and calls to customer service the promised £50 to us and my son we cannot get them to issue the cheques. It is not the sums of money involved but the principle. This is leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

Delivery day parts damaged, took them away is then down to customer to order new parts via customer services.
Customer services rang to say part ordered but wouldn't be in fitting time frame. They also then told us that they had contacted the fitter that was due I 4 days to tell him the piece would be missing only for him to say thst he wasn't doing the job anyway as his partner was not available! Wren could then not confirm a date for fitting. This is very poor service for such a reputable company. We took holiday for fitting and moved bedrooms around to accommodate, this was a nightmare. We had to resolve ourselves to get the job done in the time frame we had planned. We got installed ourselves and got told because we had done this there was no compensation for anything that has happened. Very bad customer service on phone very arrogant. Sales people don't want to know once they have your money either. Poor service.

Ben and Dan were our delivery drivers and they communicated really well with us regarding the time of our delivery. They were polite and efficient. They stacked all the boxes thoughtfully and left the site clean and tidy.

Ben and Dan were great contacted us to give us a 15min ETA. They were quick, efficient and very friendly.

The communication from Wren was outstanding. I had emails and texts the day before, with an update on the morning of delivery and then a phone call from the driver. Bernard and Vince, the crew from Wren were super - really respectful and careful with my newly decorated room and super at putting everything into the space I’d cleared. They were friendly and chatty even at such an early time in the morning after a long journey.
