Easy to create our kitchen, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful the entire way through.
We had Quartz worktops and when fitting, the guys were not happy with the cut so they redid the entire order which we were very impressed with.
When the kitchen was installed, we noticed an issue with one of the doors and this was replaced very quickly.
Can’t fault them and would use again in the future as the aftersales has been very good.

We’ve had an awful experience with Wren Kitchens from start to finish.
On the first delivery and installation, the fitting team arrived only to find that multiple pieces were missing. We then had to rearrange another installation date, which already caused delays and disruption.
On the second installation visit — which we had to pay extra for — the sink arrived broken and there was also a chip in the worktop. Everything then had to be reordered, leaving us waiting another 10 days. We were also forced to pay the installation team for a third visit just to complete the kitchen.
We are a household with a young family and were left without a working sink, plumbing, washing machine, or proper cooking facilities for FOUR WEEKS because of Wren’s mistakes and poor organisation. The stress and inconvenience this caused was unbelievable.
To make matters worse, parts of the kitchen have now started breaking due to poor-quality materials/workmanship, meaning we now have to pay fitters for a FOURTH visit.
There have been MANY design faults due to poor measuring and lack of attention to detail causing our installation team to make on the spot adjustments using extra materials at an extra cost!!
The whole experience has been incredibly expensive, stressful, and disappointing. We expected a professional service and quality kitchen but instead have faced constant issues, delays, and extra costs. I would not recommend Wren based on our experience.

Wren Kitchens are a delight to deal with, their customer service has been excellent, which is so refreshing in this day and age.
We had a problem with our 9 year old Wren kitchen and they have been so helpful in rectifying this.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wren.

We initially purchased a kitchen from Wren in 2020 at a cost of £12,851.72 and were really happy with the result, which is why we returned in 2026 to redesign and extend it.
Our main priority was to keep the new kitchen consistent with our existing one. We made this very clear during the design process and raised concerns about the cupboard doors being discontinued. Our designer, Jamie, reassured us that these could still be sourced from back stock. He also visited our home twice and saw the existing kitchen and finish in person, which gave us confidence to go ahead.
Based on this, we spent a further £4,255.16 on the redesign.
Unfortunately, once the kitchen was delivered and being fitted, we discovered the doors supplied did not match our existing kitchen at all. By this stage, it was too late to change anything without significant additional cost and disruption.
Despite explaining the situation and providing clear evidence, Wren have only offered compensation of £997.09. However, this does not resolve the issue, as this amount would need to be used to purchase replacement cupboards to try and achieve a match, meaning we are still left out of pocket due to their mistake.
We have effectively been left with a mismatched kitchen that is not what we were advised or expecting.
The whole situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially as we relied on the advice and assurances given during the design process.
I would strongly advise anyone considering a redesign or extension to an existing kitchen to get everything in writing and not rely solely on verbal assurances.

The furniture was delivered on time and the installation was completed on the day as promised.
The installer - Josh, completed the installation in one day. It was very well done and we are pleased with it. The quality was as expected.

Design process really good experience and service from Oliver at Poole Dorset showroom. Quality of kitchen very good for the price.
After care issues relating to one missing product and one incorrect panel resolution requiring follow up calls to sort and needed time off work for each time for delivery and kittchen fitter having to return to fit. Would be really helpful if could have been collected from showroom as not large in size . Errors happen which I absolutely understand but a simple apology and some understanding of the impact to the customer completely missing.
Would definately recommend the design and delivery team service and excellent delivery time and communication. The quality of the kitchen (mine is shaker timber) is good but don't expect to receive a good aftersales service experience. I didn't use the Wren fitting service so can't comment on that.

A lovely young lady helped us plan our kitchen. We were not sure exactly what we wanted, but she helped us make informed choices. The end result was a kitchen that we loved. I think we had about 5 appointments in all. The kitchen arrived when they said it would and we are installing it. The detailed info provided for installing the units is making this much better than expected.

The process with Wren was very smooth and everyone involved from Stuart the designer in the Poole showroom, the delivery drivers, through to Josh our fitter worked really hard to get our bedroom furniture exactly as we wanted. Josh had to manage a high ceiling which meant he needed to adapt the sliding wardrobes. He made everything work really well and were very pleased with the result.
