Wren Worthing cancelled 1st bedroom wardrobe instillation & materials delivery after we moved out preparing for fitted bedroom. 2nd installation date, moved out again, installers arrived before materials, on day, named fitter did not show, two others did. Wardrobes built, problems..different coloured side on wardrobe, torn back to shelves, cupboard bridge base different colours & bare wood, pelmet damaged, Unit not flush on wall. No immediate inspection when complained, over100 combined emails, texts, phone calls & images. Weeks later & several replacement wardrobe delivery's, stored in my garage, installers arrived to refurbish previous poor workmanship, design different. Torn backing covered up with spare part & pelmet removed. Very frustrating dealing with Wren Kitchens who's various departments were unable to organise in a adequate fashion, as advertised in media. A nightmare & anxious experience. I could not recommend Wren Kitchens & would not purchase from them again. Still suffering from ordeal.

I m very frustrated, I don't need there kitchen anymore.

Delivery was slightly messed up as we have a tricky road for parking (as in you can't) and the lorry wasn't allowed to half park on the pavement so had to go off to the next delivery. BUT, this was resolved extremely well in the end as our delivery came the next day at 7am prompt by who I think may have been their 'A-Team' of delivery guys they were so good. This also meant our fitter wasn't delayed in getting started, so I was very pleased with that in the end. But the most important part - the wardrobes are brilliant! I love them. Such good quality, and look amazing. Our design manager Ross (Worthing branch) was so helpful - and tenacious as he took the time to get back in touch to make sure I didn't miss out on the latest deal/locked in a good price. Very patient with me too with my many deliberations. Great job Ross, cheers for all your efforts.

This review is purely on the attitude and administration systems of the Wren staff who seem to have a culture of ineptness. The best service was from a lady there 2 days and then next one who was there 2 months.
Lack of communication to myself and with installers who got the hump because I would not have any of their highly inflated extra's .
I have been advised by a couple of sources that the independent installers can only make their money this way as Wren pay them very little to do the job.
Getting hold of them is a real nightmare. No phone number on any communication, Usually at least 20 minutes on hold (Spend over 6 hours so far trying to get things sorted).
I have selected the branch I dealt with however the majority of the issues are from the installation team, who if you want to raise a complaint seem to be the same people.
Update 9/10 So carpenter comes today to fit kitchen and it turns out the plans left with my kitchen are for someone else. (Nice GDPR breach) As I had my kitchen delivered 6 weeks ago I am sure this came to light when they tried to fit the kitchen of the plans I have. (Yes I need to pay the carpenter for the days work)
Update 2 on 9/10 I call to report above wasting another 30 minutes on the phone. The lady asked for a copy of other customers details as proof and asked me to attach to an email she sent. Email addressed "Dear Lauren" my name is Nigel ???

Wren appears to be the slowest company to install even a small kitchen - ie more than two months! Also, they leave a pile of rubbish in the garden for weeks with no sign of efforts to collect and clean up. I strongly advise avoidance of this company.

Lack of Communication, Poor Customer Service Rude Staff that dont really care about potential new customers

Very challenging experience so far dealing with Wren. We agreed specific dates at the start for delivery, rip-out and fitting dates, alongside rubbish collection.
Since then, Wren have been trying to double-book the fitter, our fitter has complained about only being paid £1,500 versus us paying £3,500 for installation, the rubbish company were booked 4 days after they were meant to come, meaning rubbish everywhere all bank holiday weekend.
When rubbish collection happened they had Clearabee turn up six times over 3 days for one lot of rubbish, who then felt like it was our fault when they grumpily knocked on the door!
The fitter then didn't turn up on the Monday as booked, did four hours' work on the Tuesday, didn't turn up on the Wednesday, turned up by himself on the Thursday and couldn't lift anything remotely heavy on his own, and then had a magical unexpected dentist appointment on the Friday at lunch time so he turned up (again on his own) at 2.30pm to 4pm, achieving very little. Turned up with both of them on the Monday but did barely anything and then disappeared around 11am saying "see you Thursday" leaving tons of work to do!
Sink turned up with defects, corner trims missing. No ETA on when the trims are coming. High level unit fitted wrong.
Fitter's electrician tried to charge us double the going rate. Had to use alternate.
Templating for worktops meant to be last Thursday, got booked in for Monday, before being cancelled on the day. Rebooked for Thursday (a week late) but within two hours was rebooked again for the Friday.
Worthing take no accountability, it's all "Head Office". No response from escalation by the branch to HQ.
So far, this has been a harrowing experience. I paid for my wife and children to be away whilst this was being done.. We still have no working kitchen nor sight of when it will be done. Worthing just say "no promises on dates". Allegedly "Head Office" refuse to consider compensating for their ineptitude.
Wouldn't recommend currently.
Before you say "can I have your order number" as an auto-reply, Wren, I suggest you speak to Worthing who unless you're treating everyone this badly will know who I am.
