P Ford contact me before arrival and asked if he could come earlier as had a cancellation perfect yes please , was very personal as soon as he walked through the door explained everything clearly and had great customer service skills 💯 would recommend

There was an issue with blistering paint on one of the kitchen unit doors. Although the units were almost 9 years old, Wren offered to replace all of the decorative items in the kitchen at no cost to us

Customer service has been second to none.

Wren have been very patient with us as we tried to get a kitchen fitter to do the work. There was never any pressure on us to take delivery of the items before we found a fitter

I would throughly recommend that anyone looking for a kitchen replacement to include Wrens as a possible supplier

Mike McCarthy came to measure our kitchen today and what an asset he is to your company. He was friendly, professional yet personable and we would recommend him without hesitation.

He provided us with relevant information and knowledge and talked us through all the steps he was taking whilst here. He also provided us with magazines and a look on the Wren website to get a head start in narrowing down choices for the kitchen.

My Wren surveyor, Adam Simpson, did a great job. He warned me he was running about 15 minutes late and, when he arrived, listened carefully to the points I wanted him to note. He quietly got on with measuring everything and was very precise. He was altogether professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Sam Wright was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do, and that the info he gets today will be used at our appointment with design staff next week. Very pleasant young man. Explained what he was doing and why they take the measurements

The experience with Tim measuring up my kitchen was amazing, he was very polite, and enthusiastic. He was very professional and informative about the job he was doing. Couldn’t have been better. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He also said hello to the dogs and made them feel safe

I genuinely cannot thank Oluwakemi and the team at Wren Kitchens enough. From the very beginning, the customer service has been outstanding. Oluwakemi has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, keeping me updated every step of the way and always responding promptly to any questions or concerns I had.

What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Rather than simply dealing with the issue, he took ownership of it, arranged replacement items, kept me informed of delivery dates, and even organised reimbursement towards the fitting costs. It’s rare to come across someone who is so helpful, understanding and committed to making sure a customer is happy.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I genuinely felt listened to and valued throughout. The communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the whole experience was handled professionally from start to finish.

Although issues can happen with any company, it’s how they’re dealt with that really matters, and Wren – especially Oluwakemi – exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone based on the exceptional level of customer care I’ve received. Thank you again for all your help and for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Five stars very well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Your surveyor, Mr S Jeffs, was prompt, courteous, professional and careful.
He explained clearly what he was about to do and left the kitchen clear and tidy at the end of his visit

Great experience with the measuring service. Picked a time slot and L Browning arrived as planned. He was pleasant and explained everything. He respected the property. I was very pleased with the service and ease of setting up the appointment. Also had the opportunity to share ideas for the upcoming design appointment via a survey I was given to complete.

J Evans-Baldwin from Wren was very professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable when carrying out the initial consultation and room measuring. He clearly described the process, what we should expect next, and he answered all of my questions. So far dealing with Wren has been a pleasure!

Peter came in to see us today to measure up for our future plans. Came in & explained exactly what he was going to do. Once all measurements had been taken, Peter showed me the end result & what the space would look like. We had a good chat about light in partically areas, & Peter was very good at advising a different approach, great vision. Really excited to go into the showroom to see what Wren can create with the space.
