Matt Perry came and measured up our kitchen and then Daniel Hardesty was the guy who designed our kitchen in the show room both first class on knowledge and customer services.

I had an excellent experience with T Moyo - the gentleman who came to measure up for a new kitchen. He arrived on time and he was polite and helpful and took notes of all our requirements. The measuring process was thorough and hopefully the next stage the design of the kitchen will be as good.

Gave me a text beforehand with a more specific eta. Was pleasant. Friendly. Explained what he was going to do and why and made me feel really at ease.

Having purchased a kitchen through Wren a year ago, I am having problems dealing with their aftercare/warranty service. Constantly having to repeat myself endlessly and very time consuming. I've complained before about Wren and I'm having to complain again because nobody really wants to deal with any queries face on. The Wren approved workers clearly cut corners on the last day of the job resulting with an uneven floor and noisy floor tiles. One year on and it's just getting worse. I've contacted Wren numerous times under warranty period but it just seems to drag on waiting and then receiving a generic response days or weeks later. I really, really wish I didn't purchase a kitchen through Wren because nobody wants to deal with anything. They don't listen. They cut corners. They don't respond proactively. I shouldn't be doing their job for them chasing things up. They wanted me to complete a form to send off to the flooring supplier. Why? There's nothing wrong with the actual flooring product apart the fact Wren workers cut corners and decided not to level the floor prior to fitting. Really unhappy with service across all aspects. Not worth the money paid.

I had amazing help from Oluwakemi she was very helpful and made the experience very easy to get through and got me situated with everything I needed done.

Phil was extremely friendly and completely put me at ease. I have never had to buy a new kitchen before, so didn't know where to start, but he took the time to explain the process from measuring, the design stage and showed me how to look at the finance options so I knew what to expect and offered some helpful suggestions. Really happy with the service thankyou

O Firouzia did the kitchen measurements and was very professional and helpful. He is new to the company but he came across very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work thanks

We just had the kitchen measurements taken by A Simpson. He was right on time, very polite and professional. He explained the process and brought a brochure for us. So far so good.

Excellent customer service from P Dixon: really efficient checks, friendly and gave great advice which we were grateful for!

We ordered a Wren kitchen and at the final installation stage we found a couple of doors were damaged. We contacted Wren and Farhaaj ordered replacements. These were received quickly, well packed and in great condition. A query in connection with a refund had not been dealt with during a previous call. Again Farhaaj processed the refund quickly. Many thanks for the great customer care service.

P Ford contact me before arrival and asked if he could come earlier as had a cancellation perfect yes please , was very personal as soon as he walked through the door explained everything clearly and had great customer service skills 💯 would recommend

There was an issue with blistering paint on one of the kitchen unit doors. Although the units were almost 9 years old, Wren offered to replace all of the decorative items in the kitchen at no cost to us

Customer service has been second to none.

Wren have been very patient with us as we tried to get a kitchen fitter to do the work. There was never any pressure on us to take delivery of the items before we found a fitter

I would throughly recommend that anyone looking for a kitchen replacement to include Wrens as a possible supplier

Mike McCarthy came to measure our kitchen today and what an asset he is to your company. He was friendly, professional yet personable and we would recommend him without hesitation.

He provided us with relevant information and knowledge and talked us through all the steps he was taking whilst here. He also provided us with magazines and a look on the Wren website to get a head start in narrowing down choices for the kitchen.
