Danny and Jamie were brilliant! Danny followed up my initial problem always as promised. Nothing was too much of a hustle. Then Jamie joined in to help with things and now everything is working great. Would like to add - I'm not very technical, but boys made communication very easy!

Helen Kind has been exemplary to deal with. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but nothing was too much trouble. Despite being what I can only imagine is a particularly small account in comparison to some, it didn't seem to deter Helen from offering an excellent level of service, even after the contracts were signed and handsets delivered. Our business has used Yappl (previously A1comms) for quite a few years now and we have several contracts arranged through their team. The customer account team has always provided an extremely friendly and efficient service. We have dealt with various members of the team over the years and each to their own merit has been exceptionally good at what they do, offering better deals where available and always going the extra mile to assist in any way possible.
