We are a small charity and we used Yappl to swap mobile providers. They were really responsive on email and phone, understood our needs well, and found us a much cheaper plan than the one we were on. This saved me a lot of time hunting for deals, and their customer service since then has been faultless, even helping me to manage our EE account when EE have been difficult.

I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Yappl, and I especially want to recognise Mishka for the outstanding support she provided throughout the process.

I was having major issues with my previous phone provider, particularly when trying to port my business number over. It was becoming extremely stressful, and I was worried about losing an important number for my business. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mishka, one of Yappl’s Senior New Business Executives, and she handled everything professionally from start to finish.

Mishka went above and beyond to make sure the transfer was completed smoothly and that I didn’t lose my business number. Her communication, patience, and dedication were exceptional, and she genuinely made me feel valued as a customer.

On top of that, she managed to secure me a very reasonable contract at a much better price than I was paying before. I was previously paying over £100, and thanks to Mishka’s help, I’ll be saving over £1,000 overall.

I have all my internet and phones/mobiles with Yappl and the level of service from these guys is second to none.

Nicola and Tonia have just recently upgraded our mobile phone contracts which involved some complexity this time round. The girls were (as usual) extremely efficient and helped us migrate to new contracts with no hassle.
The two important points was that there were not one second of downtime and the new contracts are saving me a chunk of money too.

We switched from BT business broadband to installation of business full fibre and telephony (VOIP) with Yappl a couple of weeks ago. It went like a dream and very smoothly. We'd like to thank Helen and Danny for their excellent service. They supported us at every stage of the process, and the communication was always clear and proactive. Our business mobiles were also switched with Yappl a couple of months ago and we received a great service by Helen and her team then. We plan to stay with Yappl long term because of the excellent service and competitive pricing they provide.
