These guys... honestly, their patience with my endless enquiries is commendable. The blinds arrived and are absolutely spot-on (thanks mostly to my expert measuring!) but no, seriously - the product and service quality is perfect; with such a big, permanent decision you need to get your blinds right and we're so pleased with them. Wonderful customer service, even years later when a component broke they sent out free of charge, fully recommend and they are much cheaper as buying online.

Words cannot describe these blinds as it does say perfect fit blinds and believe me they are. You wouldn't know they were a had on tobour French doors they look as though they were apart of the doors as they do fit so good.

I’m so glad I went with the sealed pocket weights (Vertical blind), as my dog would have broken the normal chains.

I initially chose your blinds direct because they had the full set of fabrics which I had seen and decided upon. From a London-based blind maker.
I priced exactly the same blinds from Yourblinds and it came to thousands cheaper than the London price.
I contacted them to ask about a few customisations and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful.
In the end we went for all-singing all dancing double blind brackets with full motorisation (now Alexa/google home controlled) and i really couldn’t be happier.
The fit and finish of the blinds was absolutely top notch. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, and I absolutely love them and have found the team at Yourblinds to be so super helpful around the entire process.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting top quality blinds at so much less than London prices.

Prompt service with some issues. Missing chains sent immediately. Bought patterned vertical blinds for two different sized windows in the same room. One was perfectly random- loved it, the other window was unfortunately same length as pattern repeat so not random at all. Sent us some replacement slats which didn't solve the problem. If we'd bought plain blinds I'm sure we'd be happy as everything of VERY GOOD QUALITY. Just unlucky I guess
