I am really happy with the crutches. I had nhs closed cuff and didnt like them. These crutches are less restrictive and very good quality and a bit more subtle. Very fast delivery. Great price. Very happy

Really Really pleased, have not use yet

I ordered the wrong product and have rang once and emailed 3 times to ask for a change to the correct product required, no reply to any of my attempts to make contact

I paid for next day delivery, (arrival 5th August) but it arrived an extra day after that,( 6th August).
I made other arrangements and returned the zimmer( 9th August), via Yodel, in its original packaging and unused. I AM STILL AWAITING A REFUND.

Sorry but very Poor. My item was damaged, I have still not had communication back since I emailed about it.

As with everything else at the moment, the cost of mobility scooter accessories has risen. My old bag was falling apart and I looked at quite a few new ones online.
I was relieved to find Your Essential Shop! The prices were amazing and so is the quality. The one I bought has more storage space than my old one, it looks great too.
I can't recommend the company highly enough. It will be my first port of call from now on. Thanks!

I am a widow i also have eczema. I needed to find a way to put lotion on my back. The length of these lotion applicators means I can reach all of my back. They were a very good price. Also delivery was really quick. I bought 4 at once that tells you how cheap and ideal they are. I never use the lotion applicator with the balls on. I find it a lot better to use the plain pad.

No one answers your emails. No one answers your phone messages and no one answers the phone. Item didn't arrive in time so need to send it back its in the box untouched unopened just cant get anyone to speak to. Think they've blocked my No. Just one occasion phone was answered on friday promised they'd sort it with the boss mon yesterday after numerous attempts the phone just cuts off No one answering. Would not recommend you buy from this company beginning to think the good reviews are fake.

I ordered a pair of crutches on 6th August. I haven't received an email with tracking info. I have tried ringing the company 3 times now and it just cuts you off after a few rings. I have also emailed them twice and haven't had a reply.
Does anyone know how to get an answer from this company.
I ordered something from them a few months ago and didn't have any problems.
I need to know when I will get my order.

I placed an ordered on 5th August and received confirmation. Since then I have not had any notification of despatch or any information regarding a delay in receiving goods. I have emailed three times and tried to telephone, but got cut off each time.
I will not be ordering from this company again!

Easy to find what I wanted. Really competitive prices, and prompt delivery.

Well I start off with a purchase item a bath rail grabber, it came box was OK but the item seemed like it was used as the white paint was all chipped and scuffed, I mentioned that in a email, they replied with they don't send out second hand items ok but it was clearly damaged before packaging.. plus the item was way to big to fit my standard size bath I even tried to put some rubber on the sides that clamp on the bath but it was completely useless I emailed them again but all they done was sent a email with a code that I have to print but I haven't got a printer so they said go and find a post office which prints it, nearest one to me is miles away. I have no transport and taxi there and back would cost way more than the item.. I've told them that and no response so all I got is a damaged and none working item the company is bad

Absolutely horrendous. Do not buy from this company!
I ordered crutches from here because of significant pain I have been having walking. The website states "FAST" Shipping which is exactly what I needed as I require them urgently.
It's now been 8 days since I ordered, I haven't recieved the crutches or any Shipping details even. I have emailed twice with no response and we have rang them about 8 times but the call disconnects after 4 or 5 rings every single time.
Any company that would treat vulnerable disabled people buying medical necessities this way is a total disgrace.
I am going to have to contact the payment place to try and request help to get my money back.
I feel completely scammed. I am so upset that they have done this.

The crutches seem really good, much more comfortable for my hands and sturdy.easy to order by phone and arrived promptly next morning.
