Customer service is lousy. I have had this since May, & it is now July, & customer service STILL has not fixed the issues. They target advertised Veteran's, & then screw them over. AVOID the aggravation of the XR Health program!

i have had a subscription since the late fall of 2025. its been issue after issue and nothing resolved. they are taking medicare funds each month yet i have yet to have a clinical coach assigned and therefore i am not recieving the services their vr was supposed to provide. my profile had finall shown a "plan" was in place and i was able to access a very limited number of dated visits. that totally disappeared and tellingbme that no plan existed for me. email to customer support went unanswered, finally was told someone from their customer support would contact me. never happened and no responses to vm that i had left. today i was told they had transitioned to a new platform and could no longer assign new customers to it. what?! wait, ive been a customer for many months and have yet to receive the vr plan i had enrolled for and the help i looked forward to. i do not recommend xrhealth vr services. they have collected thousands of medicare dollars without providing the services they are supposed to provide. scam? medicare fraud? beware!!!

As someone who has dealt with chronic back pain for years, I was skeptical about using a VR program. However, this softwear became an essential part of my daily routine. The combination of guided breathing/immersion distraction lowered my pain during flare-ups. I recommend this to anyone looking for a drug free non invasive tool to help manage symptoms.

I have used XR Health for almost a year now, I started for a shoulder injury and continued because I truly found relief from the programs offered there is physical therapy and cognitive and mental health programs that can be done from the comfort of your home the Therapist's and tech team are there and easy to get ahold of. XR Health changed my mind on doing therapy and I would 100% recommend you give them a try, my insurance "Medicare"covers 80% of the cost.

The service is chaotic and you never know what to expect from the company. They do not return phone calls or answer questions. They definitely don’t miss out on charging Medicare almost $1000 a month though.

I’ve been seeing Michael Rose, a licensed XR Health therapist, since September 2025, to manage chronic pain, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. From the beginning, he’s been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. His expertise and structured guidance have had a profound impact on my emotional well-being and physical health.

This immersive approach has helped me become more confident and overcome anxiety while equipping me with practical coping tools to manage chronic pain from cervical stenosis/spinal issues.

What sets this program apart is the flexibility to receive treatment privately at home and on my own schedule. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend XR Health, Michael Rose, and Innerworld to anyone seeking integrated mental health, physical therapy, and chronic pain support.

Now my Therispist Cori is amazing but you only get 3 stars because I had to cancel one day before my appointment due to health issues I'm dealing with and they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for having to cancel one day prior. Now mind you. I've NEVER missed any sessions with Cori. I'm always on time even when my health issue are giving me really bad days...I show up. Days I feel like I'm going to fall over due to health issues I'm dealing with....I show up.
So now my bank account is overdrawn because of this crap and I'm low income on disability and this is a real hardship to me. This has upset me to the point that I'm ready to tell them to take their stuff back and call it a wrap. 1 appointment...called the day prior. Have NEVER missed an appointment or been late. Cori I give you 100 stars. Your excellent at what you do and your a very kind person.
So if you call a day prior watch out...their going to take your money.
Like I knew this medical issue was going to happen to me ..I can't believe this crap. I have CHF along with other issues and I'm not a mind reader to know when one of my medical issues is going to knock me down.

Very disappointed and now in the hole in my back account. Besides the $25.00 I have a $36.00 overdraft fee! Thank for that.

The therapist that I have is fantastic! The customer service is subpar. I have had numerous times when they have failed to provide timely solutions to my therapeutic needs. Delays in response, as well as delays in shipping and confusion over billing issues, have made my experience with them hell on earth. The goal is to relieve my anger and frustration, and instead, I have been growing more and more angry and frustrated with the customer service team. As I said, my therapist has been extremely helpful and does an excellent job. I just wish that they would hire more people or do something to eliminate the delays in both response and in shipping needed equipment.

I’ve been having a great experience with XRHealth. Vaishali has helped me relieve my wrist pain and recover hand movements. I enjoy the VR, it’s very useful to keep up with exercise and monitor progress. Highly recommended!

We have been using xr for about 2 years. Our son is know heading to boarding something we never thought possible but with the support or Miguel, Jessica and the behind the scenes work of Martine this wouldn’t be possible. Cannot rate them enough. Hopefully one day we can meet in person.

My experience with XRHealth has been excellent. The exercises help me in comprehension and speed of response. The subject material is interesting and educational. My therapist is patient and skilled in her work, and I look forward to further therapy..

Dan Foley is a really excellent physical therapist. I am enjoying my PT sessions with him, and love learning about virtual reality with the headset.

My physical therapist is great. She adds exercises to my routine that she feels will help me keep improving. The virtual reality adds guided meditaiton and movement exercises that are very useful. The customer service has been marvelous. When I have a question, someone calls back promptly and always assists with the technical aspects of the work
