I’ve enjoyed my therapy, it has been the most productive and interesting therapy i’ve ever received. There was attention to detail and a gradual increase in difficulty with a positive, fast return of strength and flexibility. I’d recommend XR health to anyone. I especially like not having to drive to receive my therapy.

Great idea, they're still working out some of the tech links. The therapists are knowledgeable and the exercises fun with the virtual reality headset.

Shelby has helped me so much to discover coping mechanisms using the XR apps. She asks me questions to determine how I'm feeling and gives me feedback to help resolve whatever issue I may be having. I look forward to our sessions and enjoy using each app she introduces me to. I have even used them several times on my own. Our interactions leave me thinking about the way I do things and possible new and different solutions. I feel that my life has significantly improved since we've begun working together.

The combination of my counselor, technology and training, plan were exemplary, and helped me immensely.

These therapists are the most competent and understanding therapists I've ever encountered. I've had physical therapy several times post surgery but they helped me in such a functional way. My balance and strength is so much better and I have more confidence performing household chores and walking.

The programming is excellent and interesting. They work well each and every time. The guidance from Dr. Mansour is very effective as well as her interest and commitment to assisting me achieve my goals - can't say enough about her professionalism and 'cyberside' manner.

This makes movement fun! A game, a challenge. And all the while I’m confident I’m being supervised properly. Wonderful for a sedentary, disabled person as myself whose back pain is improving

XR Health has been an excellent experience for me. After a hip replacement last August, my hip stopped hurting but my low back was in pain every time I had to bend and pick up. With an 8-year old in the house, that's often!
XR Health has given me floor exercises in addition to the VR stuff and I'm noticing a big difference after only two weeks. And the VR is a blast! It's so fun that I don't want to stop. There's components 'prescribed' by my physical therapist plus an exercise component that has varying levels so it's always challenging, but can be toned down too.
The physical therapists are great too. I wasn't too sure how a PT session over Zoom would be, but it's been great. The therapists watch my form, make corrections and keep things moving along. I highly recommend XR Health.

Vaishai was great and very pleasant to work with. She made sure to understand my condition of Myasthenia Gravis and the effects it had on my abilities and need to rest occasionally.

XRHEALTH is outstanding. my therapist, Dr. ROBINSON, is excellent and very knowledgeable. This is the second time I am using her. The first time it was for my knee and this time it is for balance. I am thrilled with my progress. Dr. Robinson started where I was and slowly, inch by inch, step-by-step I got better and better and better. As I look back on my progress, I am amazed by it. Using virtual reality for PT is great. My compliance is at 100% I have had PT before and my compliance was poor because it’s boring. I get a small number of stretches and floor exercises and then I do the virtual reality part. The computer is able to completely right my progress, and even though they were times in the beginning where I didn’t think I was doing any better, I could see that I was. I highly recommend XR Health and Dr. Robinson.

I have seen progress in only a few short weeks. I was a little doubtful this could work.. but it actually does and the therapist actually listen and figure out exactly what you need to do to improve.. very happy with results so far

Awesome experience with XR Health, the therapist was very compassionate and understanding in achieving my needs, would definitely encourage and recommend this program to anyone for any type of therapy. I will return in the next few months to continue my therapy.
